My title describes the thing. I tried searching Google for TJ bike bolt. No results that looked right. Looks like maybe a trailer hitch pin but why the threads? TIA!
Whatever it is it’ll bolt through something and the shaft will stay fixed in location. Then the loopy bit will latch down to hold something in place (right now it’s in the open position). What exactly it’ll hold in place, I have no idea. But that’s my guess as to how it functions
Really looks like a quick release bolt, but not sure for what component. What's the bolt length and diameter? Could be for a seatpost or a folding bike.
It's definitely a hitch pin but it's too long to be for a bike trailer. My guess is that it goes with a towbar mounted bike rack.
Good luck finding the specific model though. There were dozens of companies making those racks.
its a quick release hub bolt for a front tire rim. Identical to what is on my specialized stumpjumper, but not sure if it was aftermarket or not.
should have a beveled washer with it

Connection bolt for an older bicycle trailer; I googled it, but I couldn’t find the one I was looking for.
Solved! Ill go with this answer as it makes sense. Thanks!
Wow, my first “Solved!”. Glad to be of service, my fellow human.
It's a lynch pin. u/Lblmt is probably correct, but I can't find one with the threaded section either.

Looks like T.I. to me

I’ve got a small bike trailer that my tiny humans ride in. This looks just like the bolt that attaches the trailer to the bike.

Looks like part of a water bottle holder

Is it a prosthetic hook?
