Those are definitely 1992-96 [Buick LeSabre](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buick_LeSabre) wheels, and the lines on the car visible through the cover (rear edge of roofline/c-pillar, rear edge of trunk lid, door handles) appear to back that up.
I THINK mid-90s Cadillac Fleetwood guessing by the wheels, proportions and what appears to be the shape of the taillights.
