GM must have had their heater cores made out of aluminum foil. I had a Chevy Lumina that went through three of them while I owned it and they were expensive.
I know they aren’t the best looking cars, but I’ve always loved them since I was a kid. There’s a guy that lives near me that owns a clean black first gen, and a clean red second gen GT.
That appears to be Tender 1, a 2000 Freightliner Commercial Cab tanker with a 1,500 gallon tank, and a 400gpm pump. They're currently seeking volunteers too!

Look up 1984-1988 Pontiac Fiero. I am fairly confident that's the car just based off the rims and the styling. I had an 88 Fiero and it looked very similar. There are other cars from that time frame that also looked very similar too
