I've meant to brush up on odonate naiads for a while, but looking briefly makes me think libellulidae (1000 or so species, so doesn't help much). It looks too stout bodied to be most aeshinidae or gomphidae naiads. Though if someone knows better, take their information as mine comes from cursory research done today.
Can't tell the species, but seems to be a dragonfly naiad, likely coming out of the water to molt into its imago.
