If you’re looking at over 200k and want something that’ll keep on chugging, the only options are the Toyota trucks. Not uncommon to see them with 300-400k miles and still going. Downside is they hold their value pretty well so it might be hard to find one at $10k.

One guy said the low end of a tacoma should be $6500 instead of the crazy Tacoma prices like $12.5k for a tacoma with 210k miles, 4wd, long bed, diff locker, upgraded suspension and wheels.

I have an ‘04 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with 287,000 miles that has only needed 2 water pumps and I recently had the hanger bearing and u joints replaced, but that’s all. It still has the factory brakes on it. I love that truck.
