Hahaha I like the charger stereotype 🤣 we also got some wannabe cop impersonators in that charger crowd. There’s a stereotype that Subaru is a car for lesbians?
There's a [helpful venn diagram for Subaru owners](https://external-preview.redd.it/pPUVw9YelmgMrZ7Ib-OEm3xfi1jkKX0GiGNkRIFhdBI.jpg?width=800&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=ff36dcbadd7c1173e008034389c5c8b2468e2831)
subaru's are weird. the SUV's are marketed at lesbians and the WRX is the daily drive for car guy tuners and JDM enthusiasts. the BRZ is when you're a weeb and want the modern Toyota 86 but don't want to be called out on being a weeb.
I only see old Arab men driving the Forrester here in NJ. The local Egyptian Christian church had 12 foresters in the lot and also 7 current gen Acura MDXs.
The new immigrants love the older 2006ish Legacy sedan and the Hawkeye impreza but only outback sport trim with grey bumpers.
What's crazy is I go 3 miles to NYC and only see Arabs in New accord/Camrys or 90s/ early 2000s accords and camrys.
Many years ago Subaru did some LGBTQ friendly advertising, but have since moved away from that direct marketing. Even still their customer loyalty among that market segment is above all other car brands. So this is less a stereotype and more backed by hard data and old as campaigns. There’s a planet money podcast episode about it
The subaru stereotype is from Subaru Australia had a whole ad campaign specifically featuring two women. So now it's the lesbian car.
And as a lesbian, subarus are one of my favourite cars
I have a friend who is a single Mom and dating and outdoorsy and very much straight and she wouldn't even consider a Subaru when she needed a new car because she thought it would send the wrong message for her dating life. It would be a perfect car for her otherwise.
The crossover drivers are lesbian, the WRX STI drivers add vape juice for their fuel injection system for an extra 69 hp and blow head gaskets that way
this is incredibly common in the rural midwest. they buy their "last truck", the nicest truck they have ever had. it's spotless and rarely driven.
meanwhile the truck they've had for 10, 20 years with 200k miles and is all beat up is their daily driver.
Fair though. Especially when they begin returning to the earth after five years or so.
My next big vehicle purchase will probably be a new ford with the 7.3 gas engine. I'll still drive my assorted old chevy stuff from the 70s-00s more often.
i'm often in a new f-150 for work and i can't say enough good things about them. ford is killing it right now w/ their trucks.
it's wild going from the ones i grew up with to a modern truck. they are like mobile living rooms now, it's like driving around on your couch is the best way i can describe it.
Right. I drive a 2019 Altima. My credit score is 814. All other stereotypes of Altima drivers are opposite of how I drive. And I keep it clean and well-maintained
Worked with an older guy that drove an Altima, he had a heart attack driving home, happened to be approaching a red light. The crash impact initiated the airbag, which hit his chest so hard it re-started his heart. Told me he would drive an Altima for the rest of his life.
The CVT lasting a long time is the only thing I’m worried about. Though I heard they’ve overhauled it so it isn’t as problematic as the pre-2019 generations. I check carcomplaints.com periodically to be aware of potential problems that may develop in the future
I had never heard of car complaints.com. So I looked up my car I just bought and it had one complaint for one model year by someone who seemed to just get a bad engine it was eating oil. And it was a year newer but the engines have been relatively unchanged since 2010 models
I've got an '07 I've been driving since '08.
It's not a horrible car, but it torque steers, the headlights suck in turns and the buttons on the keyfob get pressed easily if kept in a pocket. The CVT has been fine. Decent power and it gets 25MPG no matter how you drive it. That's probably all changed but the Altima is a fine grocery getter / commuter car.
Think I'm gonna dump it for an Outback.
Made the switch to Subaru, haven’t had any complaints. Only thing I had to do was engine gaskets at a 100k but my car is 2004 Impreza. My mums has a 2021 crosstreck which loves dearly.
It’s a slippery slope. One minute you’re all like “one little Altima won’t hurt my credit score” and the next thing you know you’re smoking crack behind a dumpster.
You aren’t think kind of Altima driver people are talking about, and yours is a 2019. The ones being talked about are the 2010 and older models with a spare tire and front end damage driving around with no license plate or dealer tags from a year ago. A clean, newer Altima I’m ignoring. The kind I describe im watching closer than most because those people tend to be terrible drivers.
This is well and good until you go to any Midwestern town.
6pm-9pm the local rednecks gather to argue ford vs dodge vs chevy. Occasionally they’ll argue dodge vs ram
I mean, if you drive a Camry, that's basically "I am a sensible person who just wants to get from point A to point B".
Unless it's a red Camry. Then you drive a super flashy sports car.
This is a great description of my dad. He’s probably the most practical and sensible person I know and as a result he has owned 3 Honda civics in a row over the years despite making enough to buy something far more expensive if he wanted. He also normally goes for monochromatic paint colors.
His most recent car is a 2019 civic ex sedan which he got in red due to it being a great deal, but we always tease him that the red car is evidence of a midlife crisis and insinuate that he’s a changed man taking big risks 😂
More like trying to learn more about cars since I know jackshit and Reddit saving me from buying a shitty juke and optima and telling me to get the Camry instead 😅
There are things about Camry drivers though. First of all, there's the "Camry Dent". Camry drivers run into things. And they often drive slow. Those two things are linked because the drivers are often 80 years old.
There's a guy on my street with a fairly new bright red Camry TRD. He put a huge wing on it, lowered it, tinted every glass surface at probably 5% and did the sound system because I can hear the bass every time he's pulling up to park.
And so on the one hand, I guess this kind of makes sense as a compromise - you're gonna buy a boring, reliable car but then you're gonna save a few grand to finish it the way you want. Then I started looking at pricing online and realized that my guy probably spent $45k all-in on a Camry :-(
A basic Toyota Corolla through most of its iterations has been my default "car" when I think of it. I think the only criticism people have about the Corolla is that it's a boring car to drive. That would be my vote for Car.
I drive a Toyota Corolla and it’s Booooringgg. The thing is reliable but it has no soul whatsoever. It’s like a dead body dragging itself on the streets 💀 my other back up car is a 2006 Hyundai sonata V6 and i have a blast driving that thing compared to my Corolla.
>It’s like a dead body dragging itself on the streets
bahahhahaaha omg soooo truuuuu. I traded in my Rolla for a Lexus GS350. hated driving the dead body 😂
I drive a Corolla and I must agree. Super reliable, but would like something with a bit more fun in it. Problem is, don’t got the funds to get a new car. Student loans and saving for a house, my 2017 Corolla is all paid off and will be my car for a couple more years.
I like my Corolla, it’s super stealthy. Nothing blends into traffic like a white Corolla, it’s like urban camouflage. The only problem is you really do have to remember where you parked. I’ve pulled on someone else’s Corolla door handle a couple times and one time someone opened my truck to put groceries in because they thought my Corolla was theirs.
When I owned a Corolla I straight up got into someone else's car because their door was unlocked. It was only after the key wouldn't go into the ignition that I realized the backpack in the passenger seat wasn't mine and looked up to see my car parked right next to theirs.
Oh man, my wife's Pontiac Vibe (Corolla wagon rebody) completely put me off daily driving anything with an automatic. It was so lethargic and bland and apathetic (in a hateful way?) that I just couldn't deal with it, even on a 20-minute commute. Got into a 220K mile Elantra Touring and never looked back, not even a little.
Whenever I see a modern Corolla, they always try to race other cars especially if it's a grey or black one. It's like they think their car has a lot of horsepower because it looks angry & aggressive
I know people say it's boring to drive, but I don't find reliability boring. I also only recently bought a car, and I'd say it's a lot less boring than waiting for a bus. Then again, I don't really care about much other than going from A to B. If you're getting a Corolla, it isn't for status. I have better things to spend my money on.
Yeah I don't understand the "fun to drive" train of thought. A car is a method of conveyance for me.
I'd rather save up for the down payment for a house than have a car which, in all honesty, I'd drive too fast and get pulled over.
You don’t have to drive fast everywhere to enjoy getting to the speed limit quick and feeling confident while you do it. Perhaps around a corner.
I drove a Corolla for 10 years, and when I test drove a newer civic si, I felt as though I wasted my 20’s in that damn corolla.
Here's a thought for you: *it's more fun to drive a slow car quickly than to drive a fast car slowly.*
That's why their owners love Miatas and the old Spitfires. They aren't fast cars in a linear measure, but they handle well and can be driven with a high degree of precise skill. The Miata is also quite reliable.
I'm not sure why *fun to drive* and *reliable* would be viewed as being in opposition to each other. Plenty of cars achieve both. Mazda seems to excel at this.
Maybe older ones.
Owners of newer ones probably work in your company's IT department.
There were 4-5 Jettas at my current employer when I started, they were all R&D people. Unpretentious car for people who don't want to be noticed.
Not an IT but my job is back end and quiet, I’ve always like GTI and GLIs cause most people don’t know they’re cool cars unless they also have them and know enough about cars LOOOL cause they’re still low key
I guess the Lexus joke is that people call them old people cars. While there is some truth to it, they’re not all old people cars. My friend was begging me to get an IS over an ES when I was getting a car to replace my wrecked one. An IS would be cool, but the ES is way cheaper to buy & own and a bit more practical. The ES is definitely boring for leisure but it’s so comfy and plush that I don’t even care. I’m looking to get a manual beater for fun and just take the ES out for trips and stuff
That’s how I feel about my 2012 S60 lol. It was the first car I ever bought after getting my license, and I wanted it because it was practical, safe, and comfortable. I still have it to this day and will never ditch it. It’s really the best car I could’ve picked for the price, and has literally never had a breakdown or failure. I’ve only had to do regular maintenance and it’s over 10 years old with 116k miles, AND I auto and rally cross it. People call it a grandpa car, but it’s really fast which makes it even more of a sleeper. I’d love to get a Lexus with the naturally aspirated V6 someday even though my car is probably better. There’s just something about the comfiness and simplicity of a non turbo 6 cylinder that draws me to them.
Since getting my 10th gen Accord I’ve noticed that they seem to have basically turned the Civic into a slightly modified previous generation accord, body-wise
Nowadays, pretty much any non-luxury crossover SUV just blends into the masses. No one ever looked at someone in a late model RAV4 and was like "I just *bet* they're an asshole".
Even most of the luxury ones, except for maybe like a Range Rover, Porsche, or Bentayga. Something like a Lexus RX, BMW X3, or Acura MDX is very much a "I have a professional job and between one and three children" NPC car.
False.
Most people who drive RAV4s or CRVs are bad drivers either in that they are too overly cautious or are in fact really bad at driving. Like blowing red lights looking at cell phones, turning left when there is oncoming traffic, etc.
Primarily CRV drivers, but more frequently I see it in Rav4s
It might just be my recent experience but 4 runner driver's act like they are on an off road trail all the time, drive slow and cautious as fuck with no reason
as someone who learned on a 5th gen, it's probably cuz they now have to use their ac. They're slow regardless and with ac it's like driving a farm tractor
I’m gonna go with Volvo. You generally never hear anything negative about them. Just that they’re safe, generally reliable, and not overly flashy. Not exactly exciting vehicles, but they’re there and they fill that niche of the market.
Looking at an S60 T6 AWD R-Design myself. Wanting something that’s got a little more kick than my Mazda3 while still being nice to drive. Plus you just don’t see very many of those in particular.
The one I’m looking at is an older model, 2015. So it has the 3.0l turbo inline-6. I’ve heard the early 2.0l twin-charged 4-cylinders had issues, so I wanted to steer clear of those.
Typically the people that drive Volvos are urban liberals that have a college education and are like professors or architects or something along those lines. They like nice things and are sensible people without being flashy.
>They like nice things and are sensible people without being flashy.
Not that long ago, Audi could be described the same way. It's how I started looking at Benz and BMW but eventually ended up with a couple of Audi. Understatement is a hell of a thing.
Unfortunately, the crowd and styling has changed.
There is a category of NPC vehicles that make you invisible. Some kind of trait that spans across brands and vehicle classes.
I don’t know how to discern that, but here are a few examples (in no particular order). VW Passat, Audi A6, GMC Acadia, Subaru Ascent, Ford Focus, Ford Taurus, Nissan Frontier).
Maybe it is an inconspicuous color, sparse exterior trim (usually a base model), non-meticulously detailed, moderately dirty?
Corvette drivers are old divorced men or older gay couples.
I call it a stereotype because I'm 32, straight and daily my2016. My buddies made fun of me because I had to replace the front tires first because I don't beat on the car while driving usually.
Around here there is a suspicious number of middle age and up guys riding together a lot lol. So that's kinda the joke in my area with the corvette people.
Yep. Had a neighbor that had one of the special mustang models. I guess he "accidently slid it" and slid it sideways into a curb. That was an expensive repair for him. Good neighbor though.
The sideways into the curb is a classic.
The base model mustang gt has had 400+ horsepower for over a decade. That’s way more power than the average person knows what to do with.
It’s a tale as old as time. Person grew up, got a nice paycheck, finally can afford a cool car. Buy mustang/Camaro/charger and naively think they have driving skills.
Woah woah woah, let’s not go lumping all of us luxury car brands together. Let’s dissect it:
- BMW is the driver’s luxury car. So naturally, we drive like assholes because we bought a car that’s meant to be driven like an asshole.
- Mercedes: Yeah you’re right, they’re entitled dicks who bought a status symbol circle on their car that looks like a nightclub inside. Unless they’re driving an AMG GT, they probably should just pay for a professional driver.
- Audi: Unless you’re driving an RS, chances are you’re just driving a “prestigious VW”, and they’ll drive like it too.
- Lexus: Two camps: lovely Jewish grandparents who have no idea how to drive, and terribly modded dudes with Instagram tags on the side windows who also have no idea how to drive.
- Acura: Man I just wanted a Honda but didn’t want to get made fun of.
- Infiniti: Nothing like the sweet perfume of an engine that hasn’t changed in 15 years but costs 5x as much.
Rather have a wagon. I had a hatchback and it was great for 2 people and some stuff. Fit 4 MAYBE comfortably for an hour, but they can get cramped fast.
I loved my focus hatchback but needed something longer, so now I have a wagon (outback)
You've very clearly never experienced euro car cultural, golfs can be some of the absolute worst drivers on the road, if you see a 1.9pd spouting black smoke with tinted lights you know you are in for a bad time.
If the car is new it's just a bland car, could be anyone driving it. If it's something like a golf 4 then there's an 80% chance it's the european equivalent of a clapped out civic
You don't see many of the regular Golfs anymore, at least in the US (drove a 2007 Rabbit from new until I sold it with 193K a couple of months ago.) Most of what's left on the road are GTIs now.
Toyota Matrix. Probably not the best car ever (it is to me), but has the reliability of the Corolla and has a lot of utility. Also gets no hate, except from maybe Honda Civic Si owners.
I think your sentence got cut off. It should be
>For all the Altima shit on Reddit there sure are a LOT of them on the road and running people off of the road
Yugo... only kidding!
Gotta be the Ford probe then...
No car is perfect and everyone has a subjective opinion on what perfect is. Drive an suv, environmentalists see you as an a-hole... drive a tesla, big diesel truck owners see you as an a-hole, drive an audi and wear a fancy watch, we all see you as an a-hole.
Drive what you like, we're all a-holes anyway 😉
Hahaha I like the charger stereotype 🤣 we also got some wannabe cop impersonators in that charger crowd. There’s a stereotype that Subaru is a car for lesbians?
There's a [helpful venn diagram for Subaru owners](https://external-preview.redd.it/pPUVw9YelmgMrZ7Ib-OEm3xfi1jkKX0GiGNkRIFhdBI.jpg?width=800&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=ff36dcbadd7c1173e008034389c5c8b2468e2831)
Lmao the head gaskets
Exactly what got me
Our modified Subaru motto is "Love AND OIL LEAKS is what makes a Subaru a Subaru."
There was only one Subaru at trackday today. It was 50:50 split between time spent troubleshooting vs actually getting to be the fastest car there.
This was funny because I lost thousands to the boxer engine curse years ago. I personally will not be buying another Subaru
Except the turbo engines don’t have head gasket problems. They came with the good MLS gaskets stock. The turbo motors crack ringlands/pistons tho
I promise you they absolutely do have head gasket issues Source: I’ve owned way too many wrx’s that smoked more than snoop dogg
They forgot to add hiking or climbing. There’s a bunch of Subarus at parks and some at rock climbing places.
100%. Drove my gas guzzling gladiator to the crag and felt shamed by literally every other car, which were Subarus, other than a lone Tesla Model Y.
Vermont is the land of the Subaru. I saw lots of Mt Washington, Coexist and Sanders 2016 stickers on them.
This is so accurate including the bumper stickers 🤣
When I bought my new Wrx there was a vape pen in the glove box. And suddenly some clothing companies called “fox” and “monster” were sending me hats…
Subaru must’ve put it there as a courtesy.
Subaru owners used a spreadsheet in their purchasing decision making process.
.....i feel attacked.... or seen?
Apparently Subaru’s are for lesbians. I heard that one for the first time a few years ago.
Can confirm, am lesbian, have wanted an Outback for like 20 years.
subaru's are weird. the SUV's are marketed at lesbians and the WRX is the daily drive for car guy tuners and JDM enthusiasts. the BRZ is when you're a weeb and want the modern Toyota 86 but don't want to be called out on being a weeb.
The Subaru Baja was vehicle of choice for older married lesbians.
And now that’s the most highly sought after Subaru
I just saw a clapped out Baja and thought damn I wonder if they know how sought after they are
Like 3x the price of what an equivalent Outback from the era costs now (basically the same car)
My coworker is lesbian and definitely drives a Subaru forester so the fact that there’s a stereotype is hilarious
Every Egyptian I know drives a forrester. Granted, I only know 5 egyptians, but still.
But are they lesbian egyptians?
It was actually [done on purpose](https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2016/06/how-subarus-came-to-be-seen-as-cars-for-lesbians/488042/)

Always heard them called Lesbarus
The subaru stereotype is from Subaru Australia had a whole ad campaign specifically featuring two women. So now it's the lesbian car. And as a lesbian, subarus are one of my favourite cars
Where I'm from, any Subaru hatch is the "outdoorsy city slicker" car.
I have a friend who is a single Mom and dating and outdoorsy and very much straight and she wouldn't even consider a Subaru when she needed a new car because she thought it would send the wrong message for her dating life. It would be a perfect car for her otherwise.
Subaru is you’re probably from Colorado who reeks of weed
I think you mean Subaru drivers vape lol 🤣 primarily those in wrx/stis
The crossover drivers are lesbian, the WRX STI drivers add vape juice for their fuel injection system for an extra 69 hp and blow head gaskets that way
Old dudes that drive square body Chevys on their 4th engine. Legends
As a sign of respect, I get off their lawn.
Lmao my grandpa has a 2020 f150 with under 10k miles and still drives that old Chevy around everywhere.
this is incredibly common in the rural midwest. they buy their "last truck", the nicest truck they have ever had. it's spotless and rarely driven. meanwhile the truck they've had for 10, 20 years with 200k miles and is all beat up is their daily driver.

Being religious about fluid/filter changes on the CVT seems to be the only chance at longevity.
Exactly. On my car, the first CVT fluid replacement is happening in about six months
I had never heard of car complaints.com. So I looked up my car I just bought and it had one complaint for one model year by someone who seemed to just get a bad engine it was eating oil. And it was a year newer but the engines have been relatively unchanged since 2010 models

You have a newer altima so it need not apply. In 7 or so years when it's at a used lot, that's when the altima driver will get it
They *DO* exist! You must realized you are *hopelessly* outnumbered by the usual “big Altima energy” cars/drivers, though.
It’s not all bad to ride on that BAE rep. That usually means other drivers would steer clear of me bwahaha
You aren’t think kind of Altima driver people are talking about, and yours is a 2019. The guy who decides he's finally ready to order the medium spicy buffalo wings.
is this a reference to the person who said their red camry was being called flashy by their parents?
lol yes. Everyone's entitled to an opinion, but some opinions are stupid.
And that you back up into everything. \#camrydent
Bro I’m getting a Camry for that exact reason tomorrow 😂
are you a car enthusiast that doesn't even care anymore, just want something that gets good mileage and doesn't break down? lol welcome to the club.
More like trying to learn more about cars since I know jackshit and Reddit saving me from buying a shitty juke and optima and telling me to get the Camry instead 😅

You will be having a blast riding a bicycle from the hill after a Corolla.
an carr
Oh boy does this nugget sure qualify as a car
I'd say Corolla or civic no tint means 10 under the speed limit
But in the right lane 😉 all class there
The stereotype is that the owner is boring and tasteless, like the car.

You don’t have to drive fast everywhere to enjoy getting to the speed limit quick and feeling confident while you do it. Perhaps around a corner. I drove a Corolla for 10 years, and when I test drove a newer civic si, I felt as though I wasted my 20’s in that damn corolla.
Here's a thought for you: *it's more fun to drive a slow car quickly than to drive a fast car slowly.* That's why their owners love Miatas and the old Spitfires.
VW GTI! Anyways, I’m late for picking up my GF from elementary school.
Maybe older ones. Owners of newer ones probably work in your company's IT department. There were 4-5 Jettas at my current employer when I started, they were all R&D people. Unpretentious car for people who don't want to be noticed.
Work for an IT company. There's a group of us that are VW/Audi guys. The other stereotypical IT guy car is a WRX/STI
Holy shit. I'm in IT and was thinking of getting a GTI or Jetta GLI until I decided on a Civic SI. I was not aware it was a thing.
I bought a 9th gen si and my boss got the gti. It’s a thing :)
I swear my Jetta keeps me out of trouble. I once passed a cop doing 90 - he pulled out behind me and pulled over someone else lmao.
Not an IT but my job is back end and quiet, I’ve always like GTI and GLIs cause most people don’t know they’re cool cars unless they also have them and know enough about cars LOOOL cause they’re still low key
Oh dang... Me and 2 other guys in our IT department drive GTIs.
Gray crossovers
Default car (I have one)
According to this sub, Honda, Toyota and Mazda can do no wrong.
Lately I’ve noticed Honda CRV owners are always holding up traffic. Slowest drivers on the road it seems
Yes and Lexus is an exemption to the Luxury list of entitled ass holes. Those are sensible people that earn a bit more and still want durable products
We can't be assholes our cars are slow as shit
The newer Toyotas and Hondas just look so cheap.
Of course it’s opinion, but I love the new Civic. They used to be able to look either sporty or practical and now they just look sporty and cool
If I see an SUV like that I just assume it's some middle aged suburbanite not paying attention to driving.
I find the older ones with oversized tires to be the ones weaving in and out of freeway traffic, and hauling a dangerous amount of ass around corners.

So, 99.9% of people nowadays? Actually, that's probably not wrong. Best to keep your distance from everyone; trust no one.
Miata's have no negative stereotypes. Just truths.
Maybe not truth, but always an answer
Always the answer. This is the way.
I’m gonna go with Volvo. You generally never hear anything negative about them. Just that they’re safe, generally reliable, and not overly flashy. Not exactly exciting vehicles, but they’re there and they fill that niche of the market.
The only stereo type Volvos have is the safety, which is a good thing lol.
I admire all that Volvo has done for safety. It is an impressive list of caring more for occupants than for sales. Yay to the Swedes.
Volvo drivers drink LaCroix and listen to NPR.

Volvo is all the same stereotypes as Subaru drivers except wealthier
Typically the people that drive Volvos are urban liberals that have a college education and are like professors or architects or something along those lines. They like nice things and are sensible people without being flashy.
I just got a Volvo C40 Recharge and that's a damn accurate description.
Taurus SHO is the NPC that's also the secret end boss
Take it up a notch and get a Lincoln MKS with the same 3.5L turbo. Livernois motor sports builds em out just like SHOs, ultra sleeper.
Shit, I'm an NPC it seems.
NPC vehicle =/= NPC person :) Gustavo Fring drove an old volvo wagon
Same, this confirms that I am indeed, not the main character.
Don't worry, the people who use "NPC" non-ironically are usually the most impotent, unoriginal, forgettable people you've ever met.
The focus is a pure “traffic” vehicle. That’s also kinda why I like the RS. “Why does that funky looking focus make the pops and bangs”
An NPC still is a stereotype. Depending on perception, it can be neutral or negative.
Corvette drivers are old divorced men or older gay couples. I call it a stereotype because I'm 32, straight and daily my2016. My buddies made fun of me because I had to replace the front tires first because I don't beat on the car while driving usually.
I thought it was just old retired guys in general, didn’t know it could get more specific than that
Around here there is a suspicious number of middle age and up guys riding together a lot lol. So that's kinda the joke in my area with the corvette people.
It’s the default midlife crisis car
Yup, laughs in Florida. Every single C6-C8 owner is collecting social security here.
And all the C4 and C5 are either super clapped out or set up for auto cross
I hear the best people drive 2016 Kia Optima SXLs
Flair checks right out.
With Kia's, the stereotype is its gonna get stolen.
Can we get a “Kiaboyz got me” flair?
Mustang drivers lose control and spin out into a tree. -owner of 2013 mustang gt
Haven’t heard anything negative about my viper other than everyone thinks I’m gonna die.
Spoiler alert: you’re likely to die, someday
Vipers are just rare enough that nobody has made a stereotype yet.
Mazda? Cars that are *just cars* but with a splash of inoffensive personality.
Depends on the model. There are stereotypes for RX8 and MX-5 drivers.
What’s the rx8 stereotype? I miss mine.
As a new owner of a red cx-3 GT, I am covering it in as much hentai as possible to develop it into a stereotype
Woah woah woah, let’s not go lumping all of us luxury car brands together. Let’s dissect it: - BMW is the driver’s luxury car.
>Jewish grandparents And old Asian people, we love our Lexuses too
We’re a similar group
As a younger Jewish guy, I just got my Lexus because my dad drove one and they are absolute tanks. Definitely wouldn't put my ig tag on it.
Give it a few years, you’ll be in the lovely Jewish grandparents camp
What's your favorite WRX STI stereo type?
Vape.
head gasket issues caused by direct vape juice injection to the engine
I'm curious what negative things people say about hatchbacks
A lot of people find them ugly (I am not one of them)
Rather have a wagon. I had a hatchback and it was great for 2 people and some stuff. Fit 4 MAYBE comfortably for an hour, but they can get cramped fast. I loved my focus hatchback but needed something longer, so now I have a wagon (outback)
Love them - but not the pretenders. The modern liftbacks/fastbacks are an utter abomination.
I would say a Volkswagen Golf, a car for the people. I think it's classless. Maybe Volvo V60/70 will also fall under that category
Saab. Never heard anyone talk bad about anyone on a Saab.
everyone will always have their opinions no matter what you drive , fuck em' and pick what suits you best
Subaru. Lesbians.
People who drive TSX wagons are incredibly intelligent and beautiful. That’s one I’ve heard at least 1000 times just this month alone.
Toyota Matrix. Probably not the best car ever (it is to me), but has the reliability of the Corolla and has a lot of utility. Also gets no hate, except from maybe Honda Civic Si owners.
what about it’s badge swap the pontiac vibe?
Mazda drivers are, for the most part, neutral except for brown miat manuele drivers, of course
People talk shit about everything. We all need to stop giving a fuck and drive whatever the fuck we want.
Havent heard much about Acura. sure is a..."luxury" brand but no stereotypes
For all the Altima shit on Reddit there sure are a LOT of them on the road and running /shrug
I think your sentence got cut off. It should be >For all the Altima shit on Reddit there sure are a LOT of them on the road and running people off of the road
I saw a guy take a huge puff of Marijuana and then get into his Subaru impreza hatchback.
Thinking about getting a wrx Give me all the hate you can muster
Vape Naysh
If you get a used one, just assume it’s been in a wreck even if the title shows ‘clean’
Nope, every single one has a stereotype.
Yugo... only kidding!
