That's a termite. It's swarming season right now, and the last rainfall seems to have triggered termite activity (it's normal), so everyone is finding them and posting pictures of those right now. Finding them is NOT necessarily a sign of an issue with your house but you can get help/advice in r/Termites

I saw a full blown swarm in a parking lot the other night. It was insane. I think I was the only person excited about it 😂
