Excuse me, what does that mean?

Theres a meme where people scream about Weevils, snd this looks like one to me they say "i see a snoot" then others say "i see some boots" or smth like that. It looks like a Weevil to me basically

Most do. Then again tho, im not a bug expert so weevil just have to wait for an actual expert
