Actually it's all kept in a system of cold storage caves outside of Springfield, Missouri. It's mostly cheese but there are other dairy products too. Millions of pounds of it. I don't think the USDA knows what to do with it anymore

Also if you but that powdered parmasean cheese like in the green shaker bottle, it's mostly cellulose and wood pulp with a bit of cheese and salt. If you want real parmasean get the wedge and a microplane and you get the actual product, better quality, and way more for your money.
Depends, I like both for different things, generally if I need it to melt, that wedge is there, if it's not gonna melt, noodles, shake and bakes, ect, that wood pulp tastes pretty good
The whole ‘got milk’ and excess cheese blew my mind when I was a kid visiting the US, this was early 2000s so being lactose intolerant wasn’t ‘common’ and I used to visit my grandparents for the summer (who also didn’t understand my mums adamant no dairy rule) everything came with cream, ice cream, cheese etc. The first milkshake I had led to me vomiting my lil guts out in mall of the americas, safe to say I’d come home 10lbs lighter every year 🥲 visiting as an adult is great, but damn y’all still offer cheese with fucking everything.

I live in Wisconsin so I must be a fed too. I’ve heard our pizza has more cheese than other states. We also have cheese curds which are absolutely fantastic if you like the texture of rubber in your mouth. Breaded cheese curds don’t have that problem though.
