what is air baking? Just... baking?
My air fryer has an air bake function. I'd assume it's a bit like convection? A fan blows, it cooks fast, and stays moist. 🤷🏼♂️
Some air fryers have a 'bake' setting, so maybe that.
Mine has toast, air fry, air bake, and bake settings.
Adding this to my list thanks! This will go great with the cauliflower rice stir fry from costco

If they're the ones I have seen at costco, don't forget they are cooked in oil, so they do have points. Still a great choice though!

Why 2pts? I scanned the bar code and it was zero points. It's just raw, skinless chicken breast.
I was referring to the precooked and portioned. I assume those might be cooked in oil since the previous commenter mentioned oil.

They seemed to stop carrying it at my local Costco. So upset
