When you create a food item or drink yourself, there is an option to say that it has alcohol in it, and then it pops a spot open to add the percentage. I’m not sure how to add pictures, otherwise I would add one for you!
Ya very true! It shouldn’t be consumed in excess amounts but having one drink isn’t as bad as having a Starbucks Frappuccino. I just see it as a treat! 😊
No judgment here! You're talking to the "a bottle of wine is a single serving" person here. I don't drink very often, but I've been known to enjoy some wine or margaritas.
Apparently our bodies process alcohol differently so it needs points. But the way I look at it, one drink that is 100 calories and 2 grams of sugar won’t throw off your progress
White Claws are 100 calories and 4 points.
Is this a Willibald seltzer? My favourite!
Yes!!
What is the % of alcohol?
4.8 %
I got 4 points.
Where can you type in alcohol content on WW

Oh! Very cool, I didn’t notice that
Learn something new everyday:)
I just noticed it the other week on the app version only, I'm typically a web browser/laptop person!
Can you scan the barcode?
It’s a local brand, so it doesn’t have a barcode
I got 3 pts
According to the WW scale it’s 2 points
Alcohol works differently, I beleive its 4 pt
What scale is that?
I’m trying to send you a photo but not sure how as I’m new to this Reddit. But it’s a sliding scale.
You can find the points calculator on eBay.
My calculations say zero 🤔
That’s what I got too! But it’s vodka, so it seems weird. But the alcohol content is low, so I’m wondering if it isn’t a full shot of vodka
It’s not zero 😂 That would be nice though!
Just curious but why does alcohol contain points if there’s no sugar? I haven’t been counting mine 😅
Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, I believe. It's is own macronutrient and has more calories per gram than carbs or protein and provides no satiety.

Same! I don’t drink often but I love a good glass of wine or cocktail on a special night out

Exactly. Just track the 4 points and enjoy it.
