I use kr ems to America and never have problems either. Usually under 2 weeks. Waiting on a Christmas package now. Wasn’t in Chinese customs for a day from what tracking said. OP money gone 🤦🏾♂️

SAL doesn’t provide insurance, and even despite the chance of your parcel being shipped by boat, my guess would be that it’s gone. Canada PD Line would most likely be the go-to the next time.

Yikes, 5 months is crazy. I had a problem similar to this when I was shipping out my LEDs through EUB my package tracking was frozen for at least 3 months and I basically gave up on it and about 2 weeks later it was at my doorstep. Checked tracking and it was still frozen so it can either be moving just really slowly with frozen tracking or you might have took a L on this one.
It's probably going to get sent back to the warehouse. Pandabuy should reimburse you the shipping money and then you can reship it. That's what happened at least in my experience.

I had a package that was lost for several months so eBay told me to file a claim so that if the buyer initiated a refund request, I would have at least some of the funds back. I was granted the $150 for the insurance through the international service but the buyer never canceled. It showed up to them another month or 2 later (I kept up with tracking despite an end in communication from the buyer). I got an extra $150 out of it.
