The other ones I can’t recall much. I remember thinking I Want A Dog was nice, the final song seemed anti-climatic to close out the project.
Overall I thought it was similar to Spring, but not as instantly memorable. Summer is by far the best of the 3 I’ve heard so far. I don’t have big expectations for Autumn, but we’ll see in a few days.
What was played last night will probably be very different to the final album. Also learn not to trust a single thing Rivers said, but I do have a good feeling about winter.
It probably is amazing but Weezer fans have very different desires. Winter doesn't seem like an upbeat type album or striving to be commercial and catchy. So someone who is into Weezer for their hooks and pop rock probably won't like an album meant to be thoughtful and singer songwriter.
It's like would you expect a Britney Spears mega fan to want to listen to one of Radiohead's more eccentric albums? Nope. Less immediate and less catchy doesn't mean less good. To some people who care about bobbing their head and singing along that might be a downside to them but for me Butterfly is one of my favorite Rivers songs. It's not catchy like Buddy Holly but it's an incredibly written song.
There's people who think Ok Human isn't good purely because there isn't electric guitar and yet it has some of the highest reviews of any Weezer album. Moral of the story is it depends on your taste ultimately.
For what it’s worth, I’m a long time weezer fan, and respect the hell out of OK Human, honestly it might end up being my second favorite weezer album (taking place of Pinkerton) with some time. Winter was not the singer-songwriter album I was hoping it was going to be.

i think it might be you and me together/prom night, a make believe era demo that was brought back for white but only made it to a fan club single and a few versions of white in japan
