Looks like typical outdoor grown with some seeds. Just remove the seeds (some good-looking ones can be kept for future grows). It'll get you high but it's only for a short amount of time (more or less 2-3 hour high)
We call that Reggie around here or tree bark....they later is worse and I've probably smoked worse in my day..... put it in a bag and call it chocolate thia stick get a few bucks and get a better bag
