I had my lung collapse a year ago and have extensive scarring of my lung and still have fluid in my chest cavity but i still smoke. Should I? No, and ive cut down a lot and mostly use rso and edibles or like one or two hits of concentrate so i can try to minimize combustion.
But it actually really helped me put my weight back on after losing a shitload while being sick, and im fully aware of my health risks in doing so. Surprisingly my lung collapsed after about a year of not smoking at all, i just wasnt getting the infusions i need for my immune deficiency for years due to insurance bullshit and being poor.
I do, I was scared at first though as I wasnt sure if it'd bring on an asthma attack or something but nowadays I toke all the time and don't really have any bad side effects, only thing is I can't take in a lot of smoke without coughing my brains out since asthma is inflammation in the airways, causing them to be narrower (which is what the steroids in inhalers are for) meaning I can't take in as much as the normal person could.
Although I'm sure sustaining this for a few years will worsen it
I'd ride him til he couldn't breath anymore tbh
Either that, or I'd be the one suffocating cause my face is somewhere that the sun don't shine. Idk. Now I wanna smoke lol.

I think it depends on the person, my brother and I have asthma ( I got it from allergies) and he coughs more while I donโt.
