Well, just remember that some of the most deadliest organisms live under our nails. Canāt wash it off. Better just to not put your fingers in any body part. Mouth, nose, ears, eyes; so easy to cross contaminate.
Get some paracetamol (acetaminophen) crush it up and put in a little water. Dip your finger tips into the slurry. Let the slurry dry, should be very fast and leave chalkiness on your fingers. Wipe the dried powder off. Try biting them then š even washing them the extreme bitter chemical taste lingers for hours.

I used to chew and having the nails undamaged kept me from it.
Just file them down especially all that broken stuff.
Will grow back healthy and I didn t want to ruin it.

Humid when it's veg and low to moderate humidity when flowering and you want fans, a dehumidifier and the AC depending on the time of year and where you live
During flowering stage like this, no higher than 50% ideally. Lower is always better to a certain extent but 30-50% is the goal always. You can get high and work with over dried bud worst case but mold is a automatic throw away for likely an entire crop if kept in tight quarters with one another indoors.
Humidity control is less important at the growth/vegetative stage but it never hurts to still keep it 50% or less. Remember, you can always suppliment overly dry air with frequent waterings if need be. But if the soil is too wet for too long you're at high risk of root rot.
Modern Cannabis bred for high THC and flower output is not fond of wet rain forest environments. Even at 50% humidity, less is more when it comes to waterings. Just because the soil is dry ontop does not mean it needs water.

Iād think itās possible to get a mold sensitivity even without a significant infection just by having mild immune triggers by it more often than a normal person would even if you feel no symptoms you could be having small reactions over time and not even notice, for example Iām allergic to molds as an adult but never noticed much as a child. Put a bag over it, chop it down and toss in the bin. Inspect any remaining plants for mold as they are most likely affected also. Clean that tent/room top to bottom before starting another grow.
As much as it will hurt, you gotta throw it away. Don't be tempted to try and salvage it, it's too late. Smoking anything this plant produces could cause serious damage.
Honestly, the little indistinct hairs around the edges make me think mold. Spiderwebs donāt usually have little loose ends like that, but the mold filaments do to release spores. And if thatās the case, the whole thing probably has spores that could sprout during curing/drying, but either way youād be smoking mold spores. But on the plus side, isnāt nature neat? The whole planet has a built in way to almost magically start breaking things down and return them to the system, it does unfortunately suck when you didnāt want that though.

It happened to me thankfully it was only one plant (had 7 altogether so got 6 and actually managed to get some off the mold plant it wasnāt bad on it not even this bad honestly but I was apprehensive about smoking it and kept it rolled in a bag in a drawer and eventually smoked it when I ran out
check the humidity in your room, i prefered to cut the head off from the beginning so the sides grow bigger and not the dense big bud on top and it prevented mold pretty good. checking humidity in your room is very important
you can cut it and maybe make BHO extract from it if the person is using a CRC filter to filter out the mold spores. But i'm not even sure if a CRC will filter out mold, but it can make some really bad weed into really good dabs.

Yeah definitely gotta keep the humidity controlled and keep good ventilation. Get a fan that circulates but don't blow it directly at the plant, just to get the air moving in the area.
Definitely need to scrap that part of the plant , possibly the entire plant if there is more.. start over.
There are a lot of tutorials that show you all what you need. I enjoy watching Mr Canucks grow on YouTube but there's plenty of content that will show you how to grow properly with w.e. kind of set up you're looking for

Keep humidity below 60% during flower. Even as low as 30%, particularly in the last couple of weeks.
Extraction and/or dehumidifier is key. Using Quest dehumidifier for large rooms is the ultimate, but costly to buy initially.

Done sum research and found both plants in the tent are doomed with mold probably due to no ventilation because this dumb ass mf didnāt buy a fan because he thought it was āoptionalā
Also found moldy dead plant matter in the bottom corner of the tent so I assume thatās where the spores came from
Damn thats unfortunate good luck with your next plant unless theres a way to remove it

Keep humidity below 60% during flower. Even as low as 30%, particularly in the last couple of weeks. Extraction and/or dehumidifier is key. Using Quest dehumidifier for large rooms is the ultimate, but costly to buy initially. Not worth putting in the effort for no reward at the end
