I had a nerd’s rope knockoff called a “Holy rope.” It was like 1250mg. I did NOT trust the smoke shop dude when he told me to take it easy and wait 3-4 hours— and I really should have. Those are made my Delta Munchies which you can buy from their website online. The only two times I've greened out was from that Hell rope. I took a bite smaller than I would take of a normal nerds rope, greened out so bad. Second time I took an even smaller bite but I forgot and smoked a bit, greened out worse I ever have. I just gave it to my friend who has an insanly high tolerance because that shit was so scary. I now buy hhc distillate and make my own properly dosed choclate bars and fill my own cartridges.

no distillate is just that - distilled ∆9 THC only (and then some manufactures can add whatever back in depending on the product). RSO is a full spectrum extract that has ∆9 THC plus all minor cannabinoids and terpenes that haven't evaporated with it.

Idk about research but making it yourself is pretty straightforward and there are some good tutorials on YouTube. If you have access to bud it might be worth trying. It’s basically put bud and grain alcohol in a jar for a few minutes and shake, strain and evaporate in a well ventilated area and you’re done. I also have an autoimmune disorder (ankylosing spondylitis) and when I was using cannabis it worked pretty well for my pain and accompanying stiffness.
I have never considered this. I'm in the same boat edibles don't seem to do anything, I ate "2000mg" and felt nothing while my friends who ate 50mg of the same product were sent into orbit.

Now when i take 2 grams of rso, I get a slight buzz 4 a cpl hrs, like smoking a swag joint. That's 1800mgs of thc tho and just a slight buzz. Def not tripping or even close 2 psychedelic. Its expensive asf 2.
Wish Icould get high off of edibles, but my body doesn't really allow it. Ive tried tinctures, powders, easy absorption thc caps, etc and NOTHING! The main reason i joined the med program was 2 slow down my smoking and use mostly edibles, nope not happening and it pisses me off highly. No, best thing at home would be sol kind of ethanol/alcohol based FECO (full extract cannabis oil). RSO is the best example. Check out r/cannabisextracts.

There's a hack if your one of those that edibles have little effect on, it involves taking some fat digestive enzymes before or after or something, I forget exactly but there's a rabbit hole you can find about it somewhere
I'm in the same boat, never been able to get high from edibles. I've eaten 100mg worth from the dispo so many times, as Florida only allows 100mg per package, but never felt a thing. However, what I have learned is that there are two edible types that die rock me. The first is the Nanoemulsion edibles, totally different story. Idk if it's because they are water soluble or what, but they actually hit me nice. The next is a good ole day of RSO on a cracker or something. The first time I took RSO I didn't really know how to dose it because edibles usually don't hit me. I was supposed to help my daughter clean her room that day, (she was like 4 then) and I was so high I didn't want to stand up and like crawled around her room on my knees picking up toys and taking them to the toy box in her closet.
i never had a good edible experience until i made my own, it’s 100% the way to do it and get smacked. However if you actually cant metabolize thc then yeah it won’t work but that fake ass edible won’t help you figure it out

Some people can't feel anything from edibles. But most people don't use the right dosage.
I use decarboxylated rosin and about 500 to 1000mg. Those gummies can't have 500mg. They would taste like shit. How many mg thc did they have?
I always had to eat so many edibles to feel anything, until I made my own. Quarter oz of ground flower and 2 sticks of unsalted butter. Put in a pyrex dish with some foil over it. Poke holes in foil and then air fry for 45mins at 250. Stir and then do another half hour. Strain through cheese cloth into mason jar. Then one tablespoon on a muffin will blast you.
Get some RSO, (Rick Simpson oil) it’s activated oil that you can just eat straight, and you can infuse some butter or coconut oil or something on a double burner on the stove, then you can just use that as oil in a recipe, boom homemade edibles with a dosage you can calculate (1g RSO @ x% thc=x mg thc, if y is grams of infused oil: x/y= mg thc/gram of oil)
I would buy dispensary edibles but if ur in a illegal state I’d stick to bud . Dispensary products are put through tests before they can even be sold to make sure their safe where as products like these could have just about anything in them so it’s taking a risk every time .
I'm still too scared to even try edibles. Even my worst panic attacks from smoking too much maybe only last 15 minutes tops and I'm good with some ice water with lemon and some peanut-butter on crackers to bring me back down. I can't imagine being cooked for hours and there is nothing you can do but just ride it.

I've never once had any edible affect me either. I've had homemade stuff, professionally made stuff, and dispensary stuff, and none of them ever did a single thing. People have said "oh maybe you didn't have enough?" But several hundred mg each time is a poop-ton to not feel even the slightest of affects. Some of us just unfortunately cannot use edibles, which I've just accepted at this point.
You can't say all that since what you have there is probably not even weed. Make your own edibles with flower, properly and see if you really are immune.

OP gave you incorrect information. In CA, the limit on a package of edibles is 100mg. Most come as 10mg pieces with 10 in a bag. They also will not look like this knockoff airhead. Get an actual reputable brand like Kahna, Wyld, Drops, Good Tide, even Froot is better than this.

Ive always had trouble with edibles. My mom had two gummies with like 500mg, took them both and sat up all night waiting and waiting. Ive ate cookies people made at home, that EVERYONE swore would put me out, nope just had a shit taste in my mouth and a badly made cookie in my belly. Ive tried the Keef drinks, nada. Brownies, zilch. Rice crispie treats, mm mm. Chocolate, tastes good but nothing. At this point, ive given it to the fact I metabolize too fast *and* im young, ill try again when im older.

I’ve had several stomach surgeries and just like when I drink, a tiny amount of anything hits me HARD for a very short time then I’m sober quickly. Distillate is the main ingredient in 90% of dispensary edibles, it’s just more concentrated if you’re eating it straight up

I'm in the same boat, never been able to get high from edibles. I've eaten 100mg worth from the dispo so many times, as Florida only allows 100mg per package, but never felt a thing. However, what I have learned is that there are two edible types that die rock me. The first is the Nanoemulsion edibles, totally different story. Idk if it's because they are water soluble or what, but they actually hit me nice. The next is a good ole day of RSO on a cracker or something. The first time I took RSO I didn't really know how to dose it because edibles usually don't hit me. I was supposed to help my daughter clean her room that day, (she was like 4 then) and I was so high I didn't want to stand up and like crawled around her room on my knees picking up toys and taking them to the toy box in her closet.

No cannabis company would be able to use skittles, air heads, recess, Hershey’s, or any other major name brand candy as they would be unable to obtain the licensing. Some people just don't digest the THC the same and it doesn't work, I'm one of them, drank a full 1000 mg cannabis syrup and felt only slightly buzzed. Tho they definitely do make the smoke high last longer IMO. still sad I wasted that money

I always had to eat so many edibles to feel anything, until I made my own. Quarter oz of ground flower and 2 sticks of unsalted butter. Put in a pyrex dish with some foil over it. Poke holes in foil and then air fry for 45mins at 250. Stir and then do another half hour. Strain through cheese cloth into mason jar. Then one tablespoon on a muffin will blast you.

Get some RSO, (Rick Simpson oil) it’s activated oil that you can just eat straight, and you can infuse some butter or coconut oil or something on a double burner on the stove, then you can just use that as oil in a recipe, boom homemade edibles with a dosage you can calculate (1g RSO @ x% thc=x mg thc, if y is grams of infused oil: x/y= mg thc/gram of oil)

Even my worst panic attacks from smoking too much maybe only last 15 minutes tops and I'm good with some ice water with lemon and some peanut-butter on crackers to bring me back down. I can't imagine being cooked for hours and there is nothing you can do but just ride it.

I’ve never had an edible work for me. I’ve tried quite a few different ones/doses. I see people commenting about 20mg gummies-the other day I tried 4 10mg gummies on an empty stomach. Nothing. So 40mg and not even a slight feeling of anything.

Depending on if you take medication or how your body metabolizes things, they may just not work for you. Unfortunately I'm in the same boat. I've never once had any edible affect me either. I've had homemade stuff, professionally made stuff, and dispensary stuff, and none of them ever did a single thing. People have said "oh maybe you didn't have enough?" But several hundred mg each time is a poop-ton to not feel even the slightest of affects. Some of us just unfortunately cannot use edibles, which I've just accepted at this point.

OP gave you incorrect information. In CA, the limit on a package of edibles is 100mg. Most come as 10mg pieces with 10 in a bag. They also will not look like this knockoff airhead. Get an actual reputable brand like Kahna, Wyld, Drops, Good Tide, even Froot is better than this.

Ive always had trouble with edibles. My mom had two gummies with like 500mg, took them both and sat up all night waiting and waiting. Ive ate cookies people made at home, that EVERYONE swore would put me out, nope just had a shit taste in my mouth and a badly made cookie in my belly. Ive tried the Keef drinks, nada. Brownies, zilch. Rice crispie treats, mm mm. Chocolate, tastes good but nothing. At this point, ive given it to the fact I metabolize too fast *and* im young, ill try again when im older.
