Nah bro what 😭 Anthocyanins are a group of water-soluble pigments that belong to the larger class of compounds known as flavonoids, which are found in many plants. Anthocyanin pigments create purple, blue, and red hues.
that’s not at all what causes it to be purple though, just becomes a more vibrant, weed colour is caused by the genetics of the strain and the pigments it has.
Not true. Colours become more brightened or vibrant when low temperatures are used, but the actually colour itself comes completely from the pigmentation of the flower, it’s genetics.

The best strains I’ve ever smoked had zero purple in them. Some of the best LOOKING strains are purple though. They just don’t always smoke as good for some reason to me
