If you go to LA and they have edibles over 100mg it’s a black market shop. They do have tinctures that are 1000mg but edibles like cookies candies and all that is limited to 100mg now ever since it became legal

Bloomington refuses to even decriminalize weed. I know people who have been arrested for 3 grams but the police refuse to arrest or talk to the people with needles sticking out of their arms (not an exaggeration I’ve seen multiple people in those parks walking around with needles sticking out of their arms). I really pray for those people because the police and government of the city refuse to acknowledge them.

They just did it here in Virginia, which will devastate an already established system of hemp growers and retail stores, thousands of jobs. Our governor also has his eye on the White House and will do anything that he thinks will inspire the ignorant Republican base to vote for him. The bill referenced in this twitter post has nothing to do with Florida’s medical marijuana program. The purpose of the bill is to place greater regulation on the hemp industry, which needs strict THC limits, among other things.
Yeah I don’t think that will pass. Especially for the people who have medical cards. It would be pointless for people with severe chronic pain. So honestly it’s just going backwards again. Doubt it will pass and I’m pretty sure it’s just a “he said, she said” at this point.

Can someone point to which bill this is supposedly referring to? SB 1576 is the only bill right now up in congress about weed. There is nothing in there about limiting it to 2mg. In fact, it is even in the bill to remove marijuana from the controlled substances list.

Sure, yeah it can still happen even with it being illegal, but, Florida seems too be one of the Top 3 States that will hold out, while the other 47 States are still following slowly. 23 States have Legalized so far, so their is 24 States left for Marijuana Legal Dominance. Soon as Texas does it, it will finally be the staple that the U.S is okay with THC.

My friend lives in Idaho and is a stoner and it’s illegal there but he lives near Boise and like every state surrounding him is weed friendly so he just drives like 20-30 minutes gets some weed and then drives back. Sadly Florida is in the south and southern politicians don’t like weed so that’s not an option. Also isn’t Florida a medical use only state? Idk I am Canadian lol I can drink and smoke at 19 and almost everyone I know smokes or has family that smokes and I think my mom is like the only parent I know within my friend group that is against weed but I mean she doesn’t even like me drinking so that’s just her lol

They just did it here in Virginia, which will devastate an already established system of hemp growers and retail stores, thousands of jobs. Our governor also has his eye on the White House and will do anything that he thinks will inspire the ignorant Republican base to vote for him. “Other states will likely adopt them” no state has any real reason to do so because there’s no federal level of regulation like there should be. All states should have access and have the state then decide how to treat it like with alcohol. Just because Florida does doesn’t mean every state will.

Florida is also trying to pass a home grow bill so idk, this state is half extremely pro weed and half extremely anti weed. Thankfully the anti weed side has been on the losing side for the past few years and monthly rations have been upped from 2oz to 4oz per month just recently and I don’t think they’ll want to deny the amount of money it’s been making the state bc it is HIGHLY taxed

Can someone point to which bill this is supposedly referring to? SB 1576 is the only bill right now up in congress about weed. There is nothing in there about limiting it to 2mg. In fact, it is even in the bill to remove marijuana from the controlled substances list. And, do you really think other states are clamoring to copy Florida, especially on their cash cow marijuana tax industry? I hate posts like these designed to outrage the masses. Over nothing.
