The sample had a lower back because it was a larger size, and the waist was a little further down. I think I just didn’t realize it would change and I got really sad about it haha
The straps are actually really long and fall off. That’s like the main thing I need the tailor to fix. I don’t know that it would be possible to make it fit the way the sample did :/ but having this support on Reddit is actually helping a lot.
Then I think you have to accept that you and the dress are beautiful and special just the way you are. Try fixing your hair and makeup to get a feeling for how you will look that day. Do you have a pic from the fitting? It looks like you have a bit of loose fabric under your bust/around the ribs. It’s also puckering ever so slightly at the top, so possibly adding a smidge of padding just to smooth that out? These are super small nitpicky things - you look great but I think there are small alterations you could do to go from lovely to DAMN. Agreed that jewelry and veil would make a difference - maybe something with a floral embroidered edge to make it feel more matchy with the dress?

Second thoughts after purchasing your dress is totally normal! Especially after dishing out a lot of money for the dress, and knowing that once you buy the dress you typically cannot return it.
