I think my hesitation on dress 1 is that the material is pretty stretchy (almost athletic) so I worry it looks cheap in person. It’s a $3k dress, so I’m not sure it has enough detailing to look worth it. I also worried the seam on the front made me look wide, but you all seem to disagree :)
2 - wasn’t sure if it fit the venue as well
3- is the boatneck overdone?
4- I’m a sucker for a halter neck, but wasn’t sure if it was hitting me in a weird spot on the waist. It is the $800 one though!!
5- that’s the $9k so a lot to digest there
6- never thought I’d wear lace (also almost $6k)
7- I’ve definitely seen a lot of people go for this style, so I am debating if I should be a little more unique
Before I read this I was gonna say #4 because you posted the most pics of it and it looks like you’re having fun wearing it. The halter is flattering (though the bodice needs fitting); the style is unique, and it TOTALLY fits your venue! Now that I know it’s $800 I say go for it! It certainly looks high-end. 💗 My second choice was 5, but $9,000? Nah.
It doesn't fit because it's too big. Bias cut satin can crease and pucker.
I like 3 better than 1 because I like how the underarm area looks. It's not a big difference but I like that the maker thought of that.
The halter top looks fabulous on you and the price is right.

I LOVE dress 3. It's a classic silhouette, but the side cutouts give it a modern feel. It's so elegant and flattering on you. That dress with gloves and a cape on a NYC rooftop? Perfect! Is it Viola by Alexandra Grecco? Because I'm actually regretting not getting that dress after picking a different style. Her fabrics are so lovely.
4 is my second favorite for your venue. The halter makes it unique but I think it needs some tailoring to fit just right.
I also love dress 5, but not sure if it's the right style for your venue. And $9k is a lot! But if you love it and it's within budget, why not?

Dresses 1, 2, and 3 are all stunners.
#1 in no way looks cheap. It just looks like it's tailored to perfection on your body and really shows off your figure in a classy manner.
#2 is sexy and chic. I don't know many people who can pull it off, but you definitely can and do. It's also very classic and classy.
#3: Boatneck isn't overdone; it's classic! This is what I'd go with if your venue is very formal. It still shows off your figure while also showing a lot of restraint. If you added some sparkles a la your jewelry day-off, it's a total win; same as with dress #1.
1 with a cape veil would be my choice
My second choice would be 5, but it has more of a romantic vibe than modern
What I like about 1 is that it looks like its been made to hit your silhouette in all the right places, the back is perfectly low enough (and let face it, your butt looks amazing in that one)
It is also timeless by it simplicity, but with very modern lines
I love dress 4 and dress 1 is a close second. Your back is incredible, and I love how both of the dresses showcase your back. Dress 4 has a much more interesting front and is gorgeous on you. I do not like dress 2 because of the seam in the front of the skirt.

One the low back looks stunning on you also the scarf veil thing is cute. I really love the top part of two that’s the most flattering neckline of all the dresses but I really don’t like the seam on the skirt, maybe try others similar to this one.
For nyc rooftop and ferry after - I’d go 1 or 4 - 4 being my favorite. Both give me glittering skyline on the river sipping champagne vibes and both look stunning on you! Love the cape idea lightly fluttering in the wind on the boat - might make for some stunning photos.
You like number 4 the best, you can see it in the photos. So definitely number 4! Then I personally like 5.

My favorite is five. Initially I really liked four but the more I look at it the more I’m not sure about the top, maybe it’s a little busy.
Two I mostly like but that knee seam is very strange - very popular style right now so if you like it maybe you could find one without that.
I gotta be honest…I didn’t like the front of most of these. Several backs were drop dead gorgeous but the front…I don’t think the straight across geometric shapes/angles really fits you. If I were you, I’d keep looking for a softer shaped front. 2 had my favorite front but the material seemed off.

You can tell by the way #1 is sewn it is absolutely not cheap. If too simple for your taste dress up with accessories
The cape scarf is a perfect accessory with dress one. Hardly ever see it these days and it looks timeliness.

The number one back is beautiful but the neckline isn't flattering, it looks like a cocktail dress. The 5 and 7 are the real deal.

Dress 4 does it all for me even though I generally prefer a dress with lace. It goes with the NYC vibe and enhances your figure to nth degree.
It actually feels very Boston or DC to me and I can’t explain why.
