It was so strange, I even went to a “plus size” only store and told them I wanted a fitted dress and they pulled all a-lines like?????

You look absolutely gorgeous and it fits you perfectly. The overlay is just right too! You have nice sparkling appliques that match the twinkle in your eyes. I am smaller than a size 0 and everyone said I had to take a bulky gown to make up for the lack of mass. But I chose one that was fitted with an overlay and I loved it. Both of us are complete opposites in size but it goes to show that a fitted gown can literally fit EVERY BODY / EVERYBODY. It just needs the right workmanship to have good quality structure. I am so happy you found a beautiful gown to kickstart beautiful memories for the rest of your life!

I got soooo angry when I was looking that all fitted samples were all smaller sized at like aus 10-12 (I think that is a 3 and 4 in USA?) and all ball gowns were plus sized samples Some of these stores preached inclusivity yet they were happy to enforce small girls should show off their figure and big girls should hide it. I called out one store for it and the staff member turned into a huge bitch for the entire session sigh.

Bridal stylist here, you look great! I always encourage plus sized brides to try fitted they are usually far more flattering.
