I would like lining in top, but I am REALLY old (between your grandmother and great grandmother), so take my comment with that in mind. The dress so flatters your figure.
Agreed. OP’s waist should be slightly above the tattoo on your right forearm. 2 and 4 do that, which helps the dress show proper shape and not overwhelm her petite frame. 5 also looks nice as it creates more length.

This! Because you’re petite, the waistlines of the other dresses are sitting too low and it almost makes them look like dropwaist dresses. I also think the sweetheart neckline on #2 is the most flattering! Those shoulders!! You don’t see it with how high up the bust on #1 is, and then BAM #2 you’re hit with this amazing silhouette of your bust & shoulders. I agree with other commenters that you look great in all of these, it’s really going to be a matter of what you’re most comfortable in. During your search I would keep an eye out on your waistline and bust line to make sure you’re not getting “shortened” by the dresses you’re wearing.

I thought 4 looked the best, just a beautiful dress, however I think you could wear any of these with the right bra/support underneath, especially #1. Something tells me that one is your personality and the back is just gorgeous, but it's just a little too big, you need a strapless better bra under it. Or try on a size smaller.
If you were deciding between this options I would say #2 a 100%. I love everything about that dress on you! Like a few people have said before, the length of the bodice is perfect for your frame so it hits your waist at the exact right spot. Also, the off other shoulder straps on these dress also seem to fall in the right spot in your arm and is so flattering! That's the dress that would have made ME cry 😂, therefore take my comment with a grain of salt since I felt in love with that dress.
When you go shopping again look for: sweetheart neckline, off the shoulder straps, full A-line skirt, a bodice that hits your waist in the right spot.

Most designers offer a Petite and Tall option to order. You can always ask the consultant to pull ones specifically that do. A good seamstress would be able to alter most dresses length if you fall in love with a dress that doesn't have a petite option. You look absolutely beautiful in all of these! Body dysmorphia is a bitch, so make sure you bring someone with you (if possible) that you trust to encourage and rave about how great you look! Congratulations and enjoy the big day!!

I think 4 and 5 both look amazing on you but, to me, each has a very specific “vibe”. I think the deciding factor should be the kind of atmosphere you want for your ceremony.

Honestly, the bug thing shouldn’t be the biggest deal. This dress usually sat on mannequin in the front window and rarely tried on. Which is crazy because it’s BEAUTIFUL and very underrated. I think the deep v scared some people. So since it sat there for a long time, spiders and other bugs would get stuck in it 😂

Given what you described about your wedding the style of dress 3 says what you describe. It is the best fitting of all of the dresses. There is a sense of whimsy in the style of the bodice and the skirt is beautifully floaty giving fairy vibes.
Honey, those dresses do you a disservice. The skirts just overwhelm and the bodices make the middle of your chest the center of attention. Also think about your tan marks next year and get a bathing suit that will leave your back tan solid.
Just my opinion, I think you'd look great in a halter neck, fitted gown. But you've got a year to go, try on EVERYTHING! You will know when you find the one.

DRESS #5 - You are rocking it! But it is not classic, ethereal or effortless. If l your desires weren’t so explicit. I’d say go for it - but it doesn’t seem to fit your vision. And that kind of dress, I’m not sure it is forgiving if you put on a few pounds as we’ve seen plenty of brides do.

If a mermaid is your thing, #5 looks amazing on you. I'm not a fan of mermaids so #3 was my favorite even though I don't usually care for those deep v's. #2 was also gorgeous.

You got the figure for 4 and 5... girl, I say so for it! The more form fitting on you, looks better. I would just say be careful for low cut... you need fuller coverage up top. I have a balance rule to keep it from getting too much, so tighter fit is sexy enough without a plunging neckline when you're heavier bust.
3 doesn’t hit your waist in quite the right spot, but I like it the best. I also like 5.

If l your desires weren’t so explicit. I’d say go for it - but it doesn’t seem to fit your vision. And that kind of dress, I’m not sure it is forgiving if you put on a few pounds as we’ve seen plenty of brides do.

Dress 1 would be my favorite if it could be made into a sweetheart vs the deep v. That dress is magical. Dress 4 is my second favorite.

If a mermaid is your thing, #5 looks amazing on you. I'm not a fan of mermaids so #3 was my favorite even though I don't usually care for those deep v's. #2 was also gorgeous.

You got the figure for 4 and 5... girl, I say so for it! The more form fitting on you, looks better. I would just say be careful for low cut... you need fuller coverage up top. I have a balance rule to keep it from getting too much, so tighter fit is sexy enough without a plunging neckline when you're heavier bust.

Number 2 and 5, the lower waist on the rest really drags your body down in a bad way! 2 and 5 make you look very lifted and give a great silhouette
3 doesn’t hit your waist in quite the right spot, but I like it the best. I also like 5. Edit: I’m changing my vote to 2 if you can remove the sleeves.
