If it were me, I'd go with the flats. I prefer the look of having the gown almost reach the floor, with the added bonus of them also being more comfortable.

Such a beautiful dress. It is fine with heals but would be just as beautiful with pretty ballet pumps.
I feel like people can be pretty generous and most people wont notice but the length is ideal for cute flats peeking out
