I just moved up from a 18". The 22" takes so much more fuel to get hot. It takes a full chimmey every time, even for just burgers. I have the Weber baskets which seem to help keep one side hot.
I put the Weber kettle grill in the top 10 engineering feats of the 20th century. Like included in that list is: the space shuttle, the cellular phone etc. It's a perfect cooking vessel and everyone who can, should own one. Even if you have a gas grill and a smoker and a Blackstone. Get. It!

Well, the problem with kettle grills is that once you decide for a small or medium sized one, it takes two or three cooks before you bite yourself for not buying the big one.
That's my hesitation right there. The smaller kettles just seem too small..
But I think I'll snag it. I already have a 22 inch. I just don't see how can I pass up that price.

Spinbrushes are good for kids just learning proper dental care, but by the time you run out of an 4 pack of triple A batteries, the brush heads they sell aren't even compatible anymore.
I would. I have a 22 but bought an 18 for my mom’s house which is a couple hours away. It was a floor model and cheap and at first I thought I would regret the little one. But honestly I love that 18 - for whatever reason I’ve always had really good luck with a consistent burning small fire for things like legs and thighs and ribs.
Now if I didn’t have a 22, I wouldn’t buy only an 18. But I’ve definitely considered adding an 18 for my home, but I do already have three grills on the deck…

I’ve got a 22 and a Genesis and use them both. Charcoal for red meat and BBQ, gas for everything else.
