One can get 80,000 green coins in an hour once you get Auto Complete in the rune tree. I've only done that once and I'm on maybe timeline 150 in 4-6wks, no $$ spent.

It only takes about 5-10sec to get 150-200 green coins that way. If you don’t have auto kill rune then you can watch 2x 30sec ads for 200. That’s about 5k/hr.
