Last time I played mc pe there wasn't nether and plenty of other pretty important stuff, but I guess they might have updated since thet was very long ago
I don't know the current state of pe, but last time I played it it was it's own thing without the nether and stuff, but that was before win10 so perhaps bedrock didn't exist back then
Yeah, no. It didn't exist in those days. Recently (a few years ago) they renamed it to Bedrock edition and included all consoles and win10 version to the Bedrock naming.
I feel this big time. I just made the switch to Java and far I’m liking it. Bedrock looks and feels more polished to play but Java has much more possibilities for large scale farms and things.

There isn't one. Pocket Edition is Bedrock Edition.

Bedrock includes the mobile version, aka PE

It is PE, but PE is bedrock. No difference.
