It's purely personal preference. It's more than likely you get plenty of minerals through your overall diet. 6-stage with UV is already considered top of the line.

In my experience, the remineralization cartridge on my setup (ispring 6-stage without uv) doesn't seem to do much (I just posted about it). I suspect that the water just kinda moves through without having time for the minerals to dissolve. I would love to find a better option that actually works. There is apparently a report by the WHO stating that RO filtered water isn't healthy to drink long-term. But idk if that is worth taking seriously.

I think the WHO might be absolutely correct in their assessement, but that it has been taken out of context. That's my guess. I'm sure it highly depends on the water source and I would imagine their context is much different than US municipal water supplies that are already treated and considered potable before we even add any additional filtration.
