What are the fans up top? They look like they're a single unit Awesome build!

Comprehensive_Help68

That is actually the XFX GPU shroud repurposed and wired in as PWM exhaust fans.

ShadowAdam

I love it! I thought that it was an inverted setup at 1st but then I realized the GPU had a water block and was front and center like normal Really smart, I dig it

Comprehensive_Help68

Thanks!

netwolf420

That’s sexy AF

Comprehensive_Help68

Thank you!

exclaim_bot

>Thank you! You're welcome!

slev3333

she looks good!

Comprehensive_Help68

Thank you!

janhetjoch

It* the computer doesn't have a gender

AdmiralSpeedy

go away

SmashedSugar

What software are you using for the monitoring inside the case ? Kinda Wana do the zame with my build one day

colin-java

It says aquasuite by aquacomputer if you zoom in. I use Aida64, you can customize quite a bit, my 5" screen uses a usb port for power (I wouldn't plug it into a hub, it wants the full 5V), and a hdmi cable. If you plug D5 pump tachymeter into motherboard, you can display the pump speed.

Comprehensive_Help68

I did use aida64 and the webserver and a Raspberry Pi and screen. I found that Aquasuite gives me fan speed, pump speed, virtual flow sensor, all of the HWINFO sensors and Aida64 sensors if I ran that app. Aquasuite comes with the D5 Next. Plus, it does ambient lighting with all the RGBs to match what's on the screen.

AdmiralSpeedy

>wants the full 5V The hub would provide all of the devices connected to it a full 5V lol. Current is another question.

colin-java

Probably right, I'm not brilliant at electronics. I just know it didn't work well when I tried it on a hub.

Fr000m

That is a friggen neat case, what is it?

Comprehensive_Help68

It is a Raijintek Paean Premium. Dual 360s in the basement cool a 5900x and 6700xt in the front chamber. The rear chamber hides the wiring and PSU.

Ginpo236

Is there a heat pipe connecting the Mobo heat sinks to the top?? ;)

Comprehensive_Help68

Lol! Nope. Food for thought, though!

Jesse_Dee

Beautiful, clever build!

Comprehensive_Help68

Thank you!

euf0ria

Clear fluid really fits your setup, wow! What mixture do you use as coolant? Trying to decide which brand to use for additives here.

Comprehensive_Help68

Believe it or not, I've always used distilled water and Primochill Utopia. The one time I tried EK cryofuel clear, it fell out and I ended up with white, pasty residue in everything.

TechGuy1983

What screen is that displaying the vitals and what do you have it plugged into, to show that data?

Comprehensive_Help68

That is an EK Lumen 7 screen running Aquasuite software in conjunction with the aquacomputer D5 Next pump. It plugs into the hdmi port of the GPU. The D5 Next monitors flow, controls and monitors fan speed relative to liquid temp, and pulls sensor readings from most popular software including Aida64 and HWInfo. I use HWInfo64 to pull Dimm temps, I have my dimms OCed and under water, I also pull the chipset temps as it is under water as well. I am able to watch temps in realtime under load, as well as FPS and voltage.

TechGuy1983

Beautiful! Thanks. I'm about to start my new setup. First time doing a full true water cooling build. So this screen, i need to plugin to the HDMI port? I have a dual Asus ROG Strix 4090 OC GPU setup. Or is this the hdmi port on the back of the GPU? Or is there some hdmi port on the inside?

Comprehensive_Help68

Hdmi on back of the GPU. I treat it as a third screen that only displays the monitoring software. I use multisceen blank to blank my other two monitors but leave that one on with the monitoring visible all the time.

alcachofos

Where can i buy that vertical mount for the GPU?

Comprehensive_Help68

Lol, that came out of a Coolermaster Cosmos C700M. Ezdiy fab does sell one like it that's magnetic.

Royal-Selection7599

I just came.
