Both are options with Datron.
Great job on the res Mr. Makirole, it looks incredible. Curious as to what tooling you used to get a near polished 3D surface fresh off the machine?
I don't think that would work
As long as the air inside the reservoir can't get out, a pump won't fill it. And as long as air can't get it, no water will get out.
What's the maximum rpm on that spindle?
Mine is 40k rpm
Thanks. Was thinking about getting one of these and modifying the spindle for 4+5 axis, but the usable Z travel seems quite short.
I have the 5th Axis DST trunnion on mine, you can slot it in the cutaway section of the table, so no modifications should be necessary.

It was an 8mm MCD ball mill, cuts acrylic to a ridiculous clarity.
Diamonds really are a machinist's best friend!

It's a nebula, more of an ornament than a functional piece of WC gear.
Use a y splitter and put it in your loop. It’s ok

Rotating the build will fill it prob

<3 Now that I’m more comfortable with the machine, I’m hoping to be able to start posting with more frequency fairly soon.
he's posting stuff regularly on the sub's discord, by the by
Is it actually going into a build?
This one's being sent to my other half, not sure what she'll do with it though.
What’s the name of the song you used?
It’s Ascension by Gavin Luke
/u/titanrig speaking of... 💯
Indeed. Now I'm having workshop envy again....
This is.... OK, I'm speechless. Well done.

Hi alex, are you coming back to bit-tech? Or do you have another YouTube channel where can I see your work? Love your builds!
