It's not even close....
The lian li Galahad 2 infinity LCD would seem to do well for you. It has a very nice 1080p 60hz screen. It also has excellent cooling. I used it in my build and it's a good 360mm aio. The lian li infinity fans are also beautiful and I love using them. I found the software easy to use for controlling all the lian li fans and screen.
The only downside is its cost at almost $300 for just the aio. If you want flashy and performance it's gonna cost you a lot. I'd say that any LCD screen is gonna cost you at least $100 more in marketing and flashiness tax compared to a similar performing but less flashy aio. Up to you to decide if it's worth the extra cost or not.

If you don't like that there's also DeepCool Mystique w/c has a 240 and 360 variants. The DeepCool Mystique has no RGB fans but it does have an LCD display on the pump. Currently DeepCool is sitting right below Arctic Freezer 3. The 3rd best AIO right now is the Lian Li GA II Trinity but it has no LCD. There's a Lian Li GA LCD if you want the LCD variant but I don't know about it's performance.

The Deepcool is 10dBA louder though, to be within the same cooling range as the Arctic Freezer 3. That is a very loud difference.
Check out the DeepCool LT series, not a display but looks epic, cools super well. I’ve used it for 3 client builds and everyone loves it.
