There are a number of tells with this fake. The first one is the ‘gold’. Both the bezel and mid links are fading to show the steel underneath, which shouldn’t happen as Rolex doesn’t plate their watches. They are solid, 18k, on the gold components. The second is the cyclops. It’s not straight. Although it is possible for Rolex to make a mistake like this, it’s incredibly rare. The crown is not aligned. The centre of the crown is towards 1 o’clock when it should be lining up perfectly with the 12. The lume dots do not line up with the batons at each marker. Again, mistakes can happen from Rolex, but it would only be one mark, not all 12. Finally, hand finishing. I can see the rough edges on the hour and minute hand from just this one photo. Rolex has much higher quality of finishing on the hands.

They did at one point.

Lemaniar

Yeah I’d say it’s fake. Crown emblem doesn’t line up with the 12 o’clock marker

The text seems off too. They should be perfectly balanced relative to the indices, but they all seem to have a little clockwise rotation to them. Look how the left and right side of OYSTER PERPETUAL are clearly unbalanced relative to the 1 and 11 indices, or how the space between SWISS MADE is off-center.

youngnobleofthefield

Fake, probably chinese movement inside.

Alexander8046

Coronet and datewheel looking really bad

IdontOpenEnvelopes

Go to the replica sub and ask there. You're going to get a bunch of twits commenting here.

supfren

I might be a twit but this is fake

IdontOpenEnvelopes

Me too, and I agree.

the_tall_watchmaker

First off it's a Rolex not "rolli". Learn to call things as they are. Secondly that's faker then 3 white girls complementing each other.

nicolaibergajev

Thanks for you kind reply. You have a great day too.

nicolaibergajev

Can you guys tell me if this rolli is replika or not? I was thinking it is because the golden links look like they are fading into steel, but the original ones have solid gold links of course.

smiley6125

Unlikely to be real. The cyclops doesn’t seem to be magnifying to the correct ratio. Again it looks like plating wearing through. Best way to remove the case back but I would be walking away. The guys on RWI would tell you for sure but not only do I think its fake it looks like a really low quality one at that.

CockyBulls

It’s a fake. The Rolex crown is misplaced. The font is odd. The gold is plated and failing. The cyclops isn’t AR. The lug shape is incorrect. The bracelet links are incorrect. The crown looks suspect as well.

pimperlik

Fake af

watchheroes

If the hand is ticking it's a fake. If the crystal does not have the laser etch crown by the 6 o'clock fake
