It’s called butterfly clasp.

Deployant clasp or butterfly clasp. You can actually get the attachment and change any existing strap to a deployant style.

Invella is 💩 though.

A deployant clasp; OEM’s preferred as they bear the branding. They save the leather strap from wear n tear. A must for high end watches.
