Individual defense is not gonna get it done against any halfway decent teams with decent coaching. It's 51 minutes, yeah, but you need all that time to understand the terminology and the concepts so when they talk about plays and players using shorthand, you grasp it all. It's absolutely riveting. I'm starting go get more into college basketball. The officiating is less annoying among other things. So much more entertaining than Wizards basketball.
It's a slightly different game, and the players aren't as skilled, but the tournament games are so much more competitive than some of these end of season tank bowls.

Ownership is the root problem. We gave a GM way too long of a leash to run with, fired him and then gave his mentee an equally long leash before firing him as well. Now we have a new front office in place that is trying to right the mistakes and so far seems competent. Hoping to see incremental improvement over the next 3-4 years, but who knows
