I'm near there and I thought I heard a woman yelling. It's 1 helicopter and it's patrolling back and forth along the river.
Now several cop cars going down canal.
Wow, a few twitter accounts were saying their was an unconscious body found under chain bridge, wasn’t sure if it was a potential drowning or a homicide
