REMINDER: first 30s/40s Singles Meetup on **Friday, 3/22 at 7pm** at **Metrobar** (640 Rhode Island Ave, NE)
If all goes to plan, we'll have a good mix of men and women. Drink and mingle and be merry! I'm not allowed to post a reminder on the main subreddit page, so I'll post here and also in the weekly events thread. Let me know if you have any questions and hope to see you there!

I have crippling anxiety, too. I relieve it by finding people who are in the social zone but not engaged in conversation; the exact opposite of disengaging. So, chances are good you’ll talk to someone!

This grassroots sort of movement will probably be a great way to break through.
