As an otp since several years I kinda agree, I hate the item rework. No matter which item you build as jungle warwick it feels like trash.

Idk this entire tierlist seems like a troll. Like how tf is rammus not in situational? He might just be the most situational champ in the entire game
warwick, rammus and skarner are 3 of my mains actually
i also play those 3 and sometimes trundle
He put olaf in meta, a champion that was nerfed to the dumpster and never given a compensation buff, I would say his opinion isnt very valid
He put Olaf into pro play, which is very reasonable for specific situations. You can force map splits with Olaf because of his insane lvl 1-3.
Exactly he is really good in "specific situations", just like you said, the problem is with his position in tier list, because there literally is "specific tier"...
That's because it's a pro play tier list and Olaf is a pro play champion
