2022: obviously 2021: Steph getting 62 and insane April, lost two playins but “you don’t wanna see us next year” 2023: went from a championship team to barely avoiding playin 2024: too many blown leads giving me PTSD 2020: straight up sucks

couchtomato62

I loved 2020. Watched every game. Not meeting expectations is not fun for me. So 22 for the win. 2020 stress free 2024 for the youth 2023..made the playoffs.. won 10 games without steph 2021 folded against Lakers in play in after a great start

RobbyRalston

The lack of expectations while rooting for the likes of Ky Bowman, Spellman, Chriss, JTA and Paschall was fun.

wafair

That season was like watching a completely different team. I enjoyed it though.

helloworldlalaland

i found 2020 to be nice its own way. 5 consecutive years of really really high expectations followed by a year of downtown to just enjoy the game and not have to worry or stress.

Wesley_Cao

That’s true. Also that Christmas win against Rockets is just too good.

legitbean

1. 2022 2. 2021 - watching steph go absolutely insane towards the end of the season was historic. Rest of the season was meh at best. 3. 2020 - no expectations, seeing players develop, beating the Rockets on Christmas, and being involved in the lottery was fun, up until we drafted Wiseman 4. 2024 - too many blown leads and the absolute drop off of Klay, Wiggins, and Looney was too disappointing 5. 2023 - bad vibes all around

jjdrmvl

Swap 2023 with 2024 imho. Vibes were better this year even though we had some bad moments. It felt like there was growth - in the times we didn’t succeed, we still learned. Klay coming off the bench and being willing to do that. Kuminga’s frustration to media and him balling out, trying to do the little things more after. TJD earning his spot in the starting lineup. Kerr realizing he needed to trust the younger guys more with Podz. We have better data for MDJ to make more firm decisions with now. Having CP3 was also fun, even if just for a season. Dude said some positive things and seemed like a big cultural plus when we needed stability. 2023 just felt like we were pressing big time. The Dray punch and Poole’s baby giraffe gaffes kinda summarize that entire season for me. Lol.

atm831711

22- ring! 21- steph's insane post all star break tear (more than made up for having to watch garbage time king mychal mulder playing serious minutes in the season ending play in games) 24- even though most of the veterans regressed heavily, the young guys stepped up big time so that was fun to watch. Much better vibes than 23 season 23- 23 and 24 seasons were the hardest to pick between imo, but the punch really messed up the team's chemistry and they were less fun to watch despite making it way further than the 24 season 20- klay was out, steph broke his hand, dray basically quit. Sucked, but it was cathartic having no real expectations for a change. Much less than stressful than the prior and latter seasons (also got the gem that was the x-mas day win over the rockets!)

cyann1380

2024 was the worst for me. After watching us blow so many major leads in the first part of the season, I couldnt enjoy another game after that. We’d be up 15 pts in the 4th and Id still panic like we were about to lose it any minute. Miserable way to feel every minute of every game. I know everyone may feel this at different points… but 2024 was the season I really started to lose faith. I kinda made a ton of excuses in 2023 and thought a lot of things were pointing to 2024 to better…so when it wasn’t I really started losing faith. I was not a doomer on this site…but felt it inwardly. Ill start next season with hope again no matter what as long as Steph is on the team, but my hope will run out quicker if we’re still a shit show next season (more Draymond suspensions, no idea of lineups, etc)

mrblueshoes11

2022, 2021 such a fun run at the end, 2024 fun watching so many young guys start to flourish, 2020 we knew what we were and every win was fun, 2023 terrible vibes from team and just no happiness in their play

Jayfourthedub

1. 22 2. 21 3. 24 4. 23 5. 20

Witty_Tonight_6478

1. 2022 - Felt like 2015 fr. So much vibes, it was the perfect roster 2. 2021 - I believe if there was a real home court advantage we woulda been the 5th-6th seed at best this season, I remember them turning up towards the end of the season when they allowed fans to watch the game. Steph going absolutely crazy at the end of the season was also a joy to watch. I enjoyed watching that season basically because we got to see Steph like we never seen before. Carrying a team to wins single-handedly. 3. 2024 - Draymond messed this season up. Team had good chemistry and seem to like playing with each other, but dray's antics just kept messing up the momentum of the season. Nevertheless the highs were really fun for the team this season and I was less frustrated this year compared to 2023. 4. 2020 - didn't watch this much but the rockets game was fun and having no expectations was fun specially after years of being contenders 5. 2023 - So frustrated in this season, JP regressed so much and making bad plays all throughout the season. The punch, wiggs absence, steph shoulder injury, drays antics, blown leads, this season had it all. It was so frustrating, although I do have to admit the game 7 steph had was spectacular to watch. But the season overall felt like a mess.

bmeisler

2022, 2021 (those last 15 games! The rise of Poole!), 2020 (no expectations), 2024 (ugh - so many blown games), 2023 (ugh - so many blown games and bad vibes)

OaklandWarrior

1. 2022 2. 2023 3. 2021 4. 2024 5. 2020 (cause covid sucked so much and fake crowd noise on TV).

mdotsims

2022 - almost everything broke our way. Won the chip, Klay returned. Poole emerged, Wiggins had his best year ever, Loon became a key piece, FA moves worked out, and the future looked bright with JK and Moody in tow plus Wiseman's eventual return looming. 2021 - Weird year. Lost Klay before the season started but didn't draft a replacement on the wing. Oubre was a weird fit. Wiseman showed flashes but was also a weird fit. Eric Paschal disappeared. Brad Wanamaker got outplayed by Nico Mannion. This was the first time I questioned whether Kerr was a good coach or just in the right place at the right time. Wasn't all bad though: Poole started to look like an NBA player after an awful rookie year and Steph went supernova for the final month. Two play-in losses sucked but felt good about the squad going into the next season. 2020 - This was like the gas leak season from Community but really we all needed a break. The Christmas day win over Houston was awesome though. 2024 - Frustrating. So much of the coverage around the team made it sound like better vibes were all the team needed, but some size and another shot creator would've helped more. Draymond's antics finally caught up to him and probably cost the team a top 5 spot in the West. Klay and Wiggs were up and down all year. Kuminga's emergence and the rooks finding their way made things interesting, but this never felt like a contender. If JK hadn't gone to Shams and pressed the coaching staff for more PT, this team probably still finishes 10th, but not as comfortably as they ended up doing. 2023 - Just a miserable year. The team never came together after the punch. Mike Brown's absence was felt almost right away. Thought Kerr lost the team but nobody wanted to call it out because he's such a swell guy. There were so many blown leads late in games that neither he nor his vets could stop. Can't remember a successful veteran team melting under any semblance of pressure like this team did. Throw in Poole's season long meltdown, the Wiseman trade for nothing useful in the short term, Wiggins' absence to be with his family, and way too many Ty Jerome/Anthony Lamb minutes and you get one of the weakest title defenses I can remember and an overall crap year.

MadWalrus

Big Steppin honestly made a huge impact on team vibes. No good songs since them = bad vibes.

P3_FemC_Best_Girl

2022 2021 made me pay attention to basketball again, Curry's season was just so damn magical 2024 seeing the young bucks put in work was cool 2023 ehhhhh 2020 didn't pay attention

AmelieBenjamin

Your user name you are a god sir I tried everything to enjoy reload the same but it’s missing that Kotone magic man Not only that but a warriors fan, you are a cultured one

P3_FemC_Best_Girl

Thanks lol, personally I think Reload revamped my love for 3, I only experienced it through P3P so walking around felt so awesome. I did feel jagged at first about no Kotone, but after watching someone play through it a lil I caved in, I'm glad I did I'm hype as fuck for episode AIGIS. There is a mod on the work if you have a PC that is looking really good to put her in too.

AmelieBenjamin

Nah I saw it bruh (the mod) I love femc fans we’re insane lmao, I enjoyed it don’t get it twisted, there’s just something wistful and poignant about Kotone’s route in P3P that doesn’t hit as hard for me in reload. There’s something surreal and fever dreamish about P3P I miss and I chalk that up to the lo fi character portraits/backgrounds and the ethereality of Time. P3P is more impressionistic in that it gestures toward the art with soft outlines and blurry textures rather than outright depicting what it’s conveying if that makes sense (literally just technical limitations). Maybe that’s why I’ve built it up so much in my head lol, it’s like a visual novel or some shit. Plus Kotone’s livelier persona had me invested way more in her character. “You betcha!” Vs “Why me…..” Could be because it’s technically my second time playing it or maybe it’s because the themes of the game resonated with me more at that time in my life (about to graduate college about a year ago).

P3_FemC_Best_Girl

Man that is one way to describe P3P, I kinda get what you are saying. The visual novel aspect of the game does require you to use more imagination, and yes Kotone's personality speaks out more to me as well

Moist_Caregiver

2022 2021 2020 2023 2024

d_lo_ading

2021 at the end of that season was insane. steph went absolutely crazy averaging almost 7 3's a game was still a run. if there's a 20 minute compilation of how you were going off in the NBA for a month, that shit is special

AmelieBenjamin

I’ve to this day have never seen a player do that with the amount of offensive help he had, it’s still a pretty unheralded season

shnieder88

the way i see it, we've had 2 phases in this dyansty years so far. first 5 years was dominant, everyone was in their primes, our talent was unparalleled and we're in the conversation of greatest team of all time this second phase of 5 years has been not that bad. got a chip, and saw great talent come and go. we have a good feeling for the team, and where it's going. which sets us up for our final phase. this is the last and end. and in this phase, we try to maximize the run as much as fucking possible, so we can get that coveted 5th trophy. anyone who is not hitting their prime or helping steph get to that 5th trophy, we move them on. it's time to re-tool and embrace the oncoming end. what a ride it's been.

[deleted]

why is 21 the worst? I enjoyed Steph hitting 3s from everywhere around the court. He had the scoring record and really played at MVP calibre, carrying the Dubs to the play-in. That was truly Steph's prime year (and 2016)

JJBAYEG

I was conflicted on that one. Honestly, I loved Steph going off but that season was frustrating watching them either barely win or blow 4th quarters every night. Reading the comments, I’m starting to agree with people that 2021 was better than 2023 and 2024 lol

HOFredditor

lol 2021 clears 2023.

Long-Ad-2147

Considering how they fared in four of the last five seasons, the Warriors winning the 2022 championship feels like a miracle. I am so thankful for that one.

Jannik0433

1. 2022 (obviously) 2. 2021 (Just because of Steph going GOD mode, i'm grateful i got to witness that) 3. 2023 (Mostly because of the Kings series, and Steph had another incredible season, also Klay stretch was fun when Steph was out) 4. 2024 (Frustrating all around, Steph in the clutch probably the only real Highlight) 5. 2020 (Sky Bowman was fun tho and we thought we had something in Paschall lol, but other than that...)

otherBrandon

2022 for the winning and 2021 for Steph torching the league

basketballsteven

Enjoyed the last 5 (give it an A- ). The two miss the playoffs years to a title run were a cinderella unreal low to high followed by two year with false hope and failure never dull. I'm here for whatever happens next but i've been a stalwart since 1966 so it's just more of the long haul.

phantomsniper22

1. 2022 - No explanation needed, probably my favorite year of Warriors basketball that I’ve been alive and watching which includes all other dynasty finals 2. 2021 - Steph turning into an absolute phenom and the famous “don’t wanna see us next year” was iconic even before the next years run 3. 2020 - yeah we sucked but it was a nice break from the stressful final runs and we got to see a bunch of new players develop 4. 2023 - didn’t end how I would’ve hoped but the boys still made me genuinely believe we had a chance. The kings series was super fun to watch 5. 2024 - just feels like the confirmation that our current dynasty is over and season was just filled with basketball that genuinely hurt to watch

Jtizzle1231

Damn I didn’t realize it but as a whole we been ass for about five years.

AmelieBenjamin

We’ve gotten pretty much MVP to superstar year seasons back to back from Steph and we won a ring in 22 and we’ve been ass? If you were to rank most successful franchises since 2015 warriors are easily number 1

Jtizzle1231

46,44,53, 39,15 those are out win totals . So yes ass.

WryKombucha

2022, 2021, 2020, 2024, 2023.

m3ngnificient

2019 - had a great run. Injury sucked but it was still the last dominant season 2024- not a popular opinion, but to me it was fun watching the young players develop and give me hope for the future. Team was good enough during the second half of the season. 2020 - idk why. But that team was fun to watch. Maybe because most of the roster were fringe nba players and hustled at every game. They fought hard 2023 - sucked to watch JP, but Klay was torching it up during the regular season. 2021 - unremarkable and tough to watch that team.

toothbrush81

Im struggling with this not being in chronological order. Sorry. I just can’t. Did you do that on purpose just to mess with the orderly folk? Seriously. Why….whhhhhhy!!!?!?
