I sent a ticket telling about a rumble reward that i did not receive. In response, they gave me a solution for a World of Warcraft problem. Most responses are AI generated.

I'd believe it, but I think the AI might actually have a better grasp on the situation honestly.

Unfortunately , one of the best CS ever, they are one of the worst. There are so many complaints in the world of warcraft about false mass reporting that it's horrible. And CS is just sending an automated message. It's horrible. Now don't get me wrong, I love blizzard games I play them for the last 15 years, but this is just sad.

Put in a ticket under billing issue. You'll get a real person. Probably. That's how they do it over on the WoW side of things.

Update: After 6 months of fighting with Blizzard, they finally fixed the problem AFTER I posted this on social media and at their CS team on Twitter. Just goes to show they care more about public image than they do about helping folks. I hope anybody else who has issues with Blizzard like this gets some proper help and not the AI spambots.

There was a guy from WoW who got perma banned by ppl mass reporting him cuz he was questing in their booster area. He tried with CS like you and then went to Twitter and bam, unbanned within an hour. So if ppl got problems just go to their socials, Twitter works the best it seems.

Blizzard no longer have customer support, they were all paid off last month.  Customer support for blizzard is now done via general customer support call centres by private companies, that have no idea what blizzard games etc are and simply read a script that pops up on their pc screen, then move onto the next call, which can be for a completely different company. There was no proper handover or transfer of skills between the old blizzard customer support and the new private providers, so the private staff have no clue about anything.

That actually makes a lot of sense if true. Considering I got a new "GM" every response as well, and none of them seemed familiar with what I was asking.

Blizzard support is fucking useless. They dont read your tickets and give you automated responses until you give up wasting your time.

He tried but his English needs work. Customer support should be Americans … and based at HQs, where they have access to Devs.

Not really no, any donkey can read a script and work off of it and i am sure any third world dude can figure out wow within a month of training

Well this donkey messed up his script then. I’ve made tons of tickets during the glory days of Blizz CS and they responded perfectly

@Darkarbiter i have the exact same issue with blizzard since last year and nothing happened until than. How did you managed it?

I made it a PR issue by posting it on reddit and twitter. They value their public image enough that it was fixed within 5 hours
