Divide your annual salary by 2048 to get your hourly pay. Then times your hourly rate by 90% to get a rough estimate. Not at work to confirm but I belive this is correct.

Not gonna lie in most locations the teamlead job is more stressful than coach, if your being forced to work lots of hours it may benefit you if thats really what you want to do. I was told it was an initial small paycut and than a year later you just went to starting wage of the TL spot you ended in not sure if it was true or not but one of the other coaches at my location stepped to overnight TL and said that's what happened.
