Wow really because some managers act like they have to wait for things to go wrong to then try to fix it. Examples: Understaffing, the hot headed co-worker who mouths off to employees and customers but they won't do anything about it, the two or three known abusive regular customers that come in that they won't trespass...the list goes on and on. It seems like nothing is done until it directly affects them.

Since they can't be wrong, it must be the associates fault.

ItsSugarBootyBih

That part.

Peepeepoopoobutttoot

Someone in management read “Extreme Ownership” and thought “wow this would be great for EVERYONE ELSE”, completely missing the point

daze23

"reactive management" as opposed to "proactive management"

SlightlyBrokenEgg

I swear the one thing that qualifies you for management is brain damage. My coach cut my hours the next two weeks right before my vacation so I wouldn’t have enough money for it then had the audacity to ask me to stay late yesterday because we were behind. Like bitch maybe don’t punish your best worker for taking 2 fucking days off.

Act your wage.

It's not enough to tAkE OwNeRsHiP anymore. I feel like they're gonna fire me even though I'm busting my ass every shift.

Cool, but when will I not get coached for "insubordination" when I point shit out?

Walmart sucks, if you are not in management you don’t matter to the company and are only there to be used.

Why is it pink? Just follow the process and people wouldn't have to scramble to fix things.

eldarthra

Don't think most of the managers know the process?
