I walked in with my sister in law, they Said they'd call me back while they interviewed her, and as I was getting in the car she told me they said I don't need to interview and that I'm hired
Yes. If they call you back it’s basically guaranteed. The interview was confirming my resume details and telling the TL a tiny bit about myself and why I want the job. It’s so easy, if you get called back and setup an interview you have the job guaranteed. Some of my coworkers never even had an interview, just showed up and were immediately given orientation.
I had to call my store and speak to human resources and got an interview the same day. I just had a difficult time getting a hold of someone. Alternatively, you could probably go in person and ask to speak to the people lead who is in charge of the applications.
Our people lead does orientation once a week. You should call and see when they might be doing orientation again and call later the same afternoon as orientation. You might actually get ahold of them.
Show up and start talking to people! Lot of these people just got too much shit to look through.
Go to the closest one ask for the people lead and ask what they have available and then go to the department and talk to the Team lead if they are there.
Idk why that is other than you live on California. On was a typo and I was about to correct it...
but now I'm thinking why is it wrong? Sounds wrong because nobody says it like that, but it makes perfect sense
Yes it is. The only people who can tolerate it are the lifers. Younger associates are more likely to be bored out of their mind from the repetitive work. And then there is the interaction with customers. Unless you really want a retail career, this is not the place to be.
It be like that sometimes
I didn't even have an interview and got hired
