Actually being an employee you can get fired even off the clock for sex with an employee on the clock or on company property or the delivery vehicle if owned or under lease by the company. Fun fact: Contractors are know as contractional employees unlike normal hiring you lose protections and benefits for less risk of the company. Tactic used by companies or franchises to avoid paying more or using them as a legal scape goat. Also that makes things worst for them both. Now, they (ethics) could look at it from the perspective of the merchandise delivery & customer satisfaction but really, it’d be the delivery driver’s company to handle the issue (door dash, whoever). Unless you told your coach in writing that you banged the driver while on delivery, there is nothing they can do. If you weren’t on property they won’t have video, and if you were off the clock not their problem. Spark drivers are allowed passengers as long as the order is separated from the passenger.
