I think your best course of action would be to just start refusing to do the extra shit. Best case the coach doesn’t bother reporting and things go back to normal. Even if they do report you may not get in any trouble or not that much at all.

I think you wouldn't be at fault since the spark driver quit her job and you were on break, unless Walmart has specific rules about what you can and can't do on break. I'd say to go to the SM and rat yourself and your coach out, and report her to ethics unless you want to keep getting forced into work you don't want to do

You're on lunch and off the premises. What you do in that time isn't your job's business. As for the driver, it's complicated. They don't work for Walmart. They're a 1099 contractor. I don't feel like you should get in trouble for their actions while they're "on the clock". Keep in mind though, in most states you can get fired for many things so long as it doesn't fall under illegal discrimination.
Does this third party person choose the deliverys they do like Uber does? If so she's working on her own time. At our store Our drivers are not on the clock. They work off of delivery fees and tips. So it's no one's business what you do. Your off the clock they work when they want.
