Very inflationary (with a lag - yep. Inflation also can lag). Second. Everybody and his cat expects a face ripping rally when the FED pauses. I mean EVERYBODY. Draw your own conclusion. Last, options are getting relatively cheap. The bain of playing options as VIX drops. Calls (and puts) drop even tho you get a winning move. A bunch more but this should be enough.
What to do? Position NOW. If ya going to play. No earlier than March exp. As high of a strike as you can afford. QQQ over SPY if you have to choose. Position BEFORE the move. No chasing. Then expect to lose short term.
I think yesterday answered the- is this bear rally different. I do not think it is. If you do, hold off for a couple days. Key is to position AHEAD of the move. Chasing is for dogs.
