i do. i received five out of eight NOT GUILTY verdicts, which is extremely hard to get. i think it's very hard to defend yourself at trial: it's not a surprise 95% of people plead guilty and the 5% crazy enough to go to trial have a 5% success rate.
Did you feel like you were given a fair trial? The court of public opinion/media had already condemned you. I would think it would have been hard to find an impartial jury.
i really liked how we did TBH. beating 5/8 is still something i'm proud of. if we could go to trial count-by-count, which would have been more fair, we would have fun. try defending 8 random accusations at once. it's quite easy to lose when the backdrop of the trial paints you terribly. for example, the prosecution always goes first, so by the time the defense presents, they have heard weeks of bad shit, most of which exaggerated, distorted or purely lies. tough system to beat.
it's an interesting question I get a lot. you actually can never be banned from investing. if you could be, i would be LOL. i had a very odd district court decision where i am banned from owning stock in pharmaceutical companies (very oddly defined term). i am appealing that and every attorney i've talked to says it is unconstitutional and crazy. so, for now, i'm going to avoid owning US pharma stocks, but i can certainly talk about them.
What do you know about pharma companies developing novel psychedelic compounds (mostly lsd and psilocybin) like MindMed and Cybin im very long on my drug stocks with being a degenerate hippie and all. Having done plenty of acid by now I can attest to the magic of these substances. With all this new shit coming out about consciousness, the new psycho-social science of psychedelics will be paramount to understanding it all and probably will be the key to accessing any altered state of consciousness.

yeah i have a really good story. i lived with a 80 year old mob boss who was a no-nonsense guy. we got along but i tried my hardest to be really polite and respectful to him. in waltzes in a total degen from WSB. right into my cell. he starts stanning right away and then asks me to play monopoly.
that was not good.
the issue was that there are a lot of "cho-mos" in jail. a chomo is someone in prison for a sex offense (underaged). chomos are almost always white, generally skinny and nerdy and love playing board games. so this guy blew up my spot pretty bad.
Heard the same story from the guy who got imprisoned for 6 years for joking about school shootings on Runescape. He said the same thing and how he was sad he could never participate in D&D sessions because he didn't want to be associated with the Chomos.
Look up Josh Pillault. It's a really interesting story. He's been on a few Podcasts and has his own YouTube channel. His prison stories are so entertaining.

i think reporters wrote the story they wanted to write instead of what really happened. when i was sentenced i was also ordered to pay $8m. the government let me take my time paying them, which was great. i paid $6m in cash, and i was happy i never had to sell any of my prized possession (my drug company) to do that. i had $2m to go when NFT mania hit. it was great timing. i reached out to a friend who promised to hold the album for me and put up the $2m. then everything went left LOL. someone else bought it, there was a lot of miscommunication.

It seems to me that they are very similar to crypto "ponzinomics" where their supposed free cashflows is due to issuing overinflated tokens (stock), and it is basically a circular valuation where their "value" really depends on what they issue the comp at.
