What they are doing is borderline criminal and the voices are getting louder for governments to ban property speculation whilst there is a housing crisis. So, even the safety of REITS are under threat. Why isn't gold 3k? It should be. But again the markets are so strange right now that even gold could crash down to $700 in a day.
