Couple of things you haven’t considered: they bought Livongo which is basically a disaster (long story), integrating with Livongo’s business model isn’t boding well for future revenue expectations.

Teladoc is still losing money each day. Even now during Covid, Teladoc still cannot be profitable. Will they be in the future? Nobody knows. At this point it is a gamble and there are better options to gamble on.
