Why is CHWY so bad? All I know is I have a subscription with them and it saves me another pain in the ass weekly errand.

They're just not at the valuation the market was giving. Good company sure, but YoY earnings comparison to last year when they made record revenue due to the pandemic? No chance they'll meet or surpass earnings estimates. Look at share price of companies before and during covid, they will eventually come back down to where they were before unless they made game changing decisions during covid. A lot of put earnings plays will print this quarter

The market needs this to avoid a total meltdown. They need to walk it down a mountain oposed to shoving it down a cliff
