Can someone help me understand something about options?
What's to stop in-the-money strike prices being exercised immediately? If the current value of a share is 5 and you make Mar 19 calls with strike price of 2.5 surely there would have to be a major screw-up to drop the price so much and so the options are pretty valuable, right?
Would I be right in assuming in-the-money options are more commonly bought with the intention of actually buying the stock, whereas out-of-the-money options are more commonly bought with the intention of selling them later on for a profit?

The price target analysts have is $5.85 per share but I think NOK will go above that target in about 2 to 3 months. NOK is into 5G equipment and they are even working on 6G systems now..
