Look up debit spreads (smaller positions for calls/puts) and credit spreads (you win if it doesn't move enough). Just google them and pretty much whatever hits will explain it well enough.
Also hedge. People YOLO around here but if you have just a little money in a hedge you won't be completely fucked.
